The main living area, located on level two, features a bright open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces—ideal for gathering with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen is a standout, complete with a double oven and an extra-large island with plenty of seating for everyone, as well as a cozy breakfast nook. Step out onto the balcony off the living room to enjoy fresh coastal air, and take advantage of the convenient half bathroom on this level.

The third level hosts two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, private balcony access, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed, TV, and its own full en suite bathroom, making it ideal for kids or additional guests.

Head up to the top level to find a versatile loft space with a Twin Daybed and a Queen sleeper sofa, providing extra sleeping options. The kids will be sure to love this space to watch their favorite movies with our new sound bar & subwoofer for a real movie theater sound!  Also on this level is the 2nd Master Suite (3rd  bedroom), offering a King bed and access to a full bathroom.

Located in the High Tide at Lighthouse Bay community, guests can enjoy access to an outdoor pool with comfortable loungers.  
The townhouse is just a short walk to the beach, as well as nearby restaurants, parks, and mini golf—making it easy to experience the best of Ocean City.
