If you cannot agree to these rules, contact us within 24 hours of booking and we will cancel your reservation at no charge.

Respectful Stay

— Our goal is a safe, clean, and peaceful stay for you and our neighbors. Please treat our home with care and report any accidental damage right away.

— Violation of these house rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, and/or additional charges (e.g. for bringing pets or for smoking).

No Pets or ESAs

— Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed under any circumstances, even if they have a certificate or a special vest. The HOA enforces this and may issue a $500 fine for violations.

No Smoking

— Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property, including the balcony. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis, even with a medical card.

Maximum Occupancy

— Our condo is configured and stocked for up to 4 guests, including children. We define an occupant as anyone on the property between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

No Events or Parties

— Please do not host gatherings, events, or parties at our condo. If you plan to have a small, quiet visit, message us in advance.

Minimum Age

— The primary guest must be 25 years or older. You may not book our place for anyone other than yourself and your own travel companions.

Photo ID

— We may request a valid photo ID before check-in for verification. The ID must match the information on your reservation.

Security and Privacy

— Front door video doorbell: A Ring doorbell at the front door faces the exterior hallway and records audio and video when motion is detected.

— Balcony camera: A camera mounted on the outer balcony wall faces the beach and is activated only on demand to check weather conditions so we can ask guests to close windows or doors if needed.

— Privacy note: Neither camera records inside the unit.

The hoast was welcoming. The place was great! The games are a nice edition for when the weather is nasty outside. We loved how quiet and well kept the condo is. I loved the beautiful view from the balcony!

We absolutely loved staying at this oceanfront condo. The views from the balcony are amazing. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, watching dolphins play, with the waves providing the perfect backdrop for rest and relaxation.Tom and Melena, were the perfect hosts. We truly appreciated how thorough the communication was, and how simplistic and streamlined they made the whole experience.The condo was well appointed with attention to details, which included, everything their guests needed, at their disposal. Beach chairs, ironing board and iron, plenty of towels, blankets, coffee maker with K-pods, dishes, etc. The condo was immaculate and was warm and inviting. My husband and I will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend.

This condo was very charming and just steps away to the beach! It was equipped with everything needed to have the perfect stay and so clean! Hosts were so nice and available to help make our stay really wonderful. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place!

I used to stay at this place as a kid, so being able to take my family there was awesome. The condo is decorated amazing, the view is all you could ask for, the fact there's coffee there to drink too was a surprise perk (we left some of the kcups we brought to pay it forward). This would be a great escape for just the wife and I in the future too, but it's the perfect location I'd say in OC. Not to close to the boardwalk, not to far away. I would definitely recommend, and Tom and Melena were extremely responsive and kind.

We had the best stay! The place was spotless. We had everything we needed plus games, movies, streaming services were a bonus. The communication with the host(s) were great. Really made sure if we needed anything they were available. It was easy to get there, keyless entry was even better. We felt super relaxed even with it being a super hot week, we had plenty of room around us on the beach compared to even just looking down the beach. Outside shower was nice before heading up to the room. Many walkable places around. We most definitely would stay here again.

Love, love, loved it!

What a cozy, charming beach house! The view from the balcony is FANTASTIC! It was super clean. It had everything we needed for our stay (appliances, cleaners, games). It was only a small drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Tom and Melena were accessible when we had a question. I can not wait to stay there again! A slice of heaven.
