    Set in the peaceful Montego Bay Residential Community, this family-friendly home is within a short walk of both sandy beaches and two glittering swimming pools. For more outdoor fun, stroll to the tennis courts and putt-putt mini-golf course. Northside Park, as well as the shops and restaurants of Coastal Highway are also within easy walking distance. For an unforgettable day trip, hop a boat to Assateague Island where you can see wild ponies and Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. Greet the day with a morning coffee on the front porch. Inside, enjoy a coveted open kitchen, dining, and living area that is great for entertaining. Whip up delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances and sparkling countertops. Dine at the table for six or the three-person kitchen bar. Watch favorite TV shows in the living room after a fun-filled day. Montego Bay Residential Community amenities: - Two pools (unheated and open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day) - Tennis courts (open year-round) - Mini-golf (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) Things to Know A queen sofa bed offers extra sleeping space The fireplace is not operational. This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Perfect location for a family beach getaway. House offered just the right amenities for our family and friends to enjoy the day and the beach followed by a relaxing evening in a cozy home. The pool access is the icing on the cake for a quick swim to escape the heat. Also a quick walk down the street provides stunning sunset views on the bay. Would recommend!

Great stay

The property was amazing. By far my favorite one in that community I’ve stayed at the past couple years. Only complaint is my gf saw a stain on one of the sheets in the master bed room

Great place for a family

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-appointed, and tastefully-decorated place. Nice location away from the congested downtown OC area but convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. A few blocks walk to Northside park’s sunset view. Communication with Vacasa was excellent.

Great place and location

We had a great week! The place was very nice and clean. The only thing that would have made it better would have been clarification of linens. The property had linens, which is awesome, but the listing was not clear on that. Since it was not clear I rented linens which I did not need and could not get a refund on when I arrived. Other great place and great stay.
