The open-concept living area features a spacious sectional sofa, Smart TV, and a dedicated wine bar just off the living room—perfect for relaxing evenings at home. You’ll also find a collection of board games, puzzles, books, water toys, and sensory-friendly items designed to create a welcoming and inclusive experience for guests of all ages.



The brand-new gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all-new appliances, quartz countertops, and everything needed to comfortably prepare meals of any kind. A peninsula with four barstool seats provides casual dining space, while sliding doors open to the balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the canal.



Step outside to enjoy both a fenced front and back yard, offering peace of mind for pets and children. The patio and backyard face the canal, creating a serene setting for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply unwinding by the water. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes. Additionally, there is a damage waiver or security deposit that must be chosen after booking on the check in form.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of local Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.

This Townhome was great for pets because of the fenced in yards and plenty of space to walk dogs with patches of grass everywhere. Everything was so clean and decorated very cool! Location was wonderful, down the street from Bull on the Beach and a coffee shop!
