"Marlin Sunset" is a stunning, modern remodeled 2-bedroom condo on 11th Street in Ocean City, MD, offering breathtaking nightly sunsets over Assawoman Bay. With high-end finishes and two private balconies, guests can relax in style while watching fishermen, kayakers, and jet skiers glide across the water. This luxurious retreat blends comfort with coastal charm, providing the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable getaway in the heart of Ocean City.

The Space:
"Marlin Sunset" is a 2nd floor unit with stairs and secured entry.
All the modern conveniences with the peace and quiet of being directly on the Bay.
This unit only rents to ages 25 and over. NO Senior Week Groups.
Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package for the unit - house will be staged and beds made upon arrival. All you need to bring is beach towels!
There is one assigned parking spot for this unit.

Upon entry -
The Primary bedroom features a King Bed and its own private balcony.
The Hallway has a large closet for your belongings and a full-sized washer and dryer.
The Secondary bedroom has a queen bed and closet.
Beautifully remodeled full bathroom (no tub) with walk in shower.
The living area at the end of the hall has a new pull-out queen sized sofa bed facing the 65" Smart TV.
Quartz countertops with counter height stools allow guests to eat and entertain in the modern kitchen.
The kitchen has all of your cooking needs.
Keurig, Toaster, and Blender are available in this unit.
Mini Split HVAC units in 3 areas for personal climate controls.
Large sliding door and rear balcony overlooking the Assawoman Bay - with Polywood furniture for relaxation and enjoying the views.

The "Bo-Pier" building is only 5 units and plenty of Ocean City pride.
While staying in the Bo-Pier you are close to many local attractions:
6 blocks to Ocean City's famed Boardwalk and free beaches.
4 Blocks to the best burger joint in town - "Surfing Betty's"
6 Blocks to the locals hang out and home of the White Marlin Open - "The Reel Inn"
11 Blocks from the entrance to all of the Boardwalk concerts- Boardwalk Rock, Oceans Calling, and Country Calling.

Beautiful home! Very clean. Owner thought of every little detail. The gorgeous bay views from the balcony were all you needed. We never even turned on the tv. It was a peaceful/quiet area, but you walk just a few blocks to boardwalk, dining and entertainment. The lighting in the home was exceptional and everything was labeled for us. We appreciated the individual room climate control and secure building entry too.

Beautiful and clean

This property was very clean and looks to be recently updated. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach. Great view! There was a tiny glitch with missing linens for the pullout which was quickly remedied by the host. We would stay again...for sure.
