This host is actually a real estate agency that wanted me to pay via phone call, not in the VRBO app (which is against VRBO policy), and you have to pick up/drop off the keys from them (20 minutes away from the property) so "check-out time" is actually more like 9:30 am.They also do not take any action to any concerns when brought up. We were concerned about a piece of art above the sofa that was extremely low and sharp (see photos) that I hurt myself on while sitting normally, and is dangerously at our toddler's hight as well. However the management's responce was to write about it in the review so it can be documented and did not follow up further.Additionally, expect to take your first and last few hours of vacation putting linen on and off the beds and in the bathrooms as they just put a bag of sheets and towels in the entryway for you to dispurse yourself (beds do not come made), and charge a 75 fee if you do not gather all the linen in a separately designated bag upon check-out.As for the location, it is convenient, but the balcony's view is obstructed by glass that is translucent at best, but blocks the ocean breeze so the balcony becomes a greenhouse.There was also a concern when we entered and found bed-bug egg killer in the kitchen, which made us double check all the beds ourselves, but perhaps this is normal for this real-estate agency.Overall, we've stayed at better ocean side rentals with better management, and will not be returning to this place.
