Large Three Bedroom Oceanside Condo with a Pool

The Space:
Large three bedroom, three full-bathroom oceanside condo with a nice amenity package. The open living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. There is a nice-sized balcony off of the living area that offers favored southern exposure and a view of the beach and ocean. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom with dual vanity sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The third bedroom features a bunk-bed, two twin beds, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. The end-unit location offers nice natural light for an open feel. This condo has been well-maintained and is in good condition. Building amenities include onsite parking, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, elevator, and an outside shower. It is within a short walk to restaurants, amusements, shopping and more. Condo is located on the 6th floor.
Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #80793

General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very big and the kids had lots of room to play. The owner responded very quickly and was very informative. The only very small complaint I have is about the cleanliness. The comforters on most the beds were visibly dirty and we found food in the couch when we first got there. Otherwise, this place was so great and we had an amazing time in OCMD.

Beach vacation in 606

The unit was very clean. The bedroom situation worked well for my family. The beach wagon in the closet was very helpful!! We used it to move out as we did not have a key to the second floor storage where the luggage carts were located. We ended up buying sheets and towels as the linen bags were in the entry way closet which we didn’t check. Maybe just mention to the renters where to find them. We were just looking in bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall, nice unit which I would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay! The condo was as expected and tons of space for us to all be more than comfortable. The beach is a short 2 minute walk. Area was quiet but still close to everything. Definitely will be back!

Upon arriving, early check in was not an option. Then we had to make our own beds which took some time. After commuting for 4 hours, the last thing we wanted to do was make beds. However, the unit was exactly as expected. It was very roomy for a family.

Ocean city

Our stay at this property was great. The condo was clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to many different restaurants and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. The middle toilet had a slow leak and the owners/rental company was extremely fast and it was repaired the same day! The only one challenging part was the key fob. There is only one for the property and you need it to access the property. You will definitely enjoy your stay here at this condo!
