Sunset Pointe is nestled right on Assawoman Bay in the perfect location with easy access to the beach and boat ramp. Bring the entire family or friend group along for plenty of fun – this spacious apartment can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. This gorgeous condo has been lovingly cared for and tastefully updated with a bright open concept entertainment space welcoming you inside. The Northern region of Ocean City is 61st street to the Delaware line. Here, you will find shopping malls, movie theaters, and many of the most popular bars and restaurants. The Original Greene Turtle, Liquid Assets, Blue Fish, Bayside Skillet, and many other award winning restaurants offer breakfast, sushi, seafood, hamburgers, steaks, and everything in between.

Bicycles. Biking is allowed throughout Ocean City year-round and with limited hours on the boardwalk during the summer season.

The Ocean City Beach Bus, which runs routinely from the Inlet to the Delaware state line only, costs $3 for an all day, unlimited pass (exact change required).

The Ocean City Boardwalk Tram is waiting at your convenience. One of the best ways to experience the Boardwalk, the Boardwalk Tram runs from the Inlet to 27th St., making routines stops to load and unload passengers, so you can get on or off anytime you would want. The Boardwalk Tram costs $4.00 per person, per boarding, per one way ride, but discount fare punch cards are available at $26 for 8 rides (inquire at either the north or south Tram Station or with a Tram Conductor).

Please note: We rent to families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25. No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online booking for group rentals will not be honored.

HOUSE RULES
– Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
– There shall be no smoking inside the House. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
– Please wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
– PARKING: off street parking is available. We provide two guests parking passes. Please make sure you return passes back to the unit before your checkout. Extra fees will be applied if parking passes not returned and we have to order replacement.
– Please do not rearrange our furniture.
– If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged and guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Large group of us which would be hard to accommodate regardless and this was perfect. Location is excellent. Right next door to Dead Freddie’s. Had a problem with the door code for entry upon arrival but I called and it was quickly fixed.

If you are looking for a place that’s great for kids this is it. The pool table/ping pong was great and it kept our kids entertained when we weren’t out and about. Very clean and comfortable! Will book again in the future!

We will definitely be booking this unit again! Everything was perfect. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the size of this property. The views are beautiful, everything was clean, it was perfect. Vlad was very responsive and helpful. Literally wanted to book it again for this weekend but it's already booked. Can't wait to come back😎🌞
