Good location

Short walk to beach and bay. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Place could’ve been a little cleaner but it was overall fine. Shower drain was slow. Couch a little firm. Rental company was across the street which was nice for check in. They were great with communication prior to our trip!

Its just like the pictures online.

Loved the area. Wonderful location. The sofa and bed were very firm. Wish they were more comfortable. Also the cleaning crew could have cleaned the living room better especially the tables. Had they pulled the sofa out to get to the mirror they would have found someones sippy cup that was there before us.

Location and access to the beach was great. The unit was extremely dirty. It smelled like cigarettes when you walked in. The kitchen was not properly cleaned and there were food stains absolutely everywhere. The ceilings had mold growing on top of it. I would not recommend staying at this property.

Lovely home at the beach!

The apartment looks exactly like the photos with the added surprise of a completely renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower! It's a really cute place and it's very clean. The location is really good with an a view of the ocean from the balcony and it's a short walk to get onto the beach. We would stay here again.

Great property with a great view!

This home was perfect for our family. The layout was great and the view from the balcony of the bay and ocean was a bonus. Location was amazing as well. Same block as the beach! The weather was perfect so we only visited the pool for an hour one day and it was a good size. Property management office is next door. We had an issue with a broken chair and they fixed it same day. Parking was perfect, glad they had an elevator as well. We would recommend this home and can't wait to book 2019!

Jada 4H was a great place and location

Jada 4H was in the perfect spot along Coastal Hwy. Rental office directly across the street. Beach was a half block away. The place does need some updating. Get rid of the the shell lights and mirrors were to much. Over all the place was good. Would def go back again.

2017 Amazing Vacation

I have to say that we LOVED this unit (Jada 4H).... it was cozy, clean, comfortable and amazing view from the balcony... Short walk to the beach - The kids loved the pool - We could not have asked for a better week to spend our family vacation. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place. We sure would like to rent it again for our 2018 summer vacation. Thank you
