Start your days with hot breakfasts and fresh brewed coffee in your well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the attached breakfast bar, the table for six, or outside on your furnished deck. After exciting days out, come home and relax in the comfortable living area where you can take a seat on the matching sofas (including a queen-size sofa bed) and channel surf on the cable-equipped TV.

Additional features and amenities found at this home include complimentary high-speed internet access, a desk and chair in the one of the bedrooms for remote work or schooling, a gas grill, and a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your visit.

THINGS TO KNOW

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
