Recently renovated modern condo located in desirable midtown OC. Spacious bedrooms allow plenty of room for large families and 2 levels provide privacy. The first floor has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. Second floor has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen in one bedroom and in the other; 1 full sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Additional full bathroom is located on 2nd floor. Condo boasts modern décor and is fully furnished with flat screen Smart TV's in every room so you can stream your favorite shows or listen to music. Fully stocked kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, stove, blender, Kuerig, dishwasher, toaster, iron/board and crock-pot for easy set meals. Laundry room has washer/dryer combo with additional shelves for storage. Condo is steps from the beach and in an area without large hotels so there is always room on the beach even during the busiest time of the year. Enjoy people watching from the deck with plenty of seating. Bus stop is within sight of the condo. Grocery store, TJMaxx, spa, restaurants, gas station and shopping are all within walking distance. Linens are not included but can be rented for an additional cost through local business. We take every precaution to keep our property germ free so you can enjoy your stay without worry. Our home is professionally cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant after every guest. There is no face to face contact, key-less entry with a code created specifically for you for your safety. You must bring your own linens and towels or rent from a local distributor nearby. Must be 25 years or older to rent and renter must be staying on the premises. Parking spot for 1 vehicle. All other vehicles must park on the street.

The property was very clean and perfect for a weekend stay for Oceans Calling. It’s located right on a Beach Bus stop so getting down to the boardwalk is easy. It’s located right on the beach as well and plenty of food spots within walking distance

Very nice, very clean and well managed property. We loved it and the short walk to the beach. Off street parking was a major plus with having our kids with us.. Everything worked and functioned as it should. Very efficient washer and dryer, and the small janitors closet came in handy trying to keep up with the mess of the sand. The outdoor shower was very useful as well for the sane reason.

Just what we needed!

Stayed here with my daughters and sister. We were worried about being right on ocean highway but never noticed any traffic noise at all. Slept GREAT. Bedrooms are all super comfy Bathrooms were great. Living area a little small for all of us but we were rarely just hanging out there so it was fine. Thanks for everything!

Awesomes stay in OCM. Wonderful location. Only negative is the proximity to Coastal HWY. It can get loud during the busier season. Property managers were very responsive and accommodating. My family would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Retreat

Place was just the right size for my family including 2 adult couples with 3 children and my husband and myself. It was clean and well stocked. It was steps to the beach and within walking distance of many places. It was easy driving to all of Ocean City. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Great spot in North OC!

We had a nice stay, great stocked kitchen and overall good space right by the beach which is walkable 2 min. It was a little tricky to find it but if you follow the directions all is good. Renting your linens is an added step but overall it was a nice time and a great spot to stay!

Clean and accommodating

We decided to do our bachelorette party in Ocean City. Gina’s place was perfect! I requested to please get in early to decorate and setup the space. I was alerted around 10am check in day that the place was ready to go and I could enter! The place was spotless to say the least, I would love to know what cleaner they use for the floor my socks stayed white. I highly suggest this spot, a short walk to the beach, bus stop, and wine rack. Thank you Gina and Angelo for helping make our weekend unforgettable!!

The property was more spacious than I expected. I love the location as the beach is readily accessible from property and it is nestled right on the strip which is a + for walking to nearby business establishments. Property is great for family trips or Guy/Gal getaways!!

Another great Labor Day weekend stay

This was our second year staying at 86th Valhalla. We always have such an awesome time and the location is perfect for beach access. Owners are very responsive and work hard to ensure renters are happy during their stay. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!

Very good home base, but nowhere to sit together.

The location and size of the property are great as a home base. It has everything you might want or need with the exception of a place for a family to have a meal together or play board games together. Only enough counter space for 2 adults or 3 kids to sit.

When arrived it wasn’t set up as expected we, were expecting more beds than listed, but we made due, we did have to clean for some reason I don’t believe the cleaner was their like she told the owners she was so we had to clean deeply, to make it stay able, I sent owner message she responded within time. Sadly I wasn’t offered any money back like typical owners usually do when your not satisfied other than that loved the location.

It was a terrible experience

Once we stepped in the property it was so dirty and smelled bad, there is urine smell in the bathrooms and the bedrooms , even so many of the mattresses has urine stains, The dishes and the cups were placed in the cabinets, dirty and we have to clean them Once we started to wash in the kitchen sink it was clogged and the disposal wasn’t working, when we complained to the property manager he sent some one to fix it but he charged me $95 for this fix saying that the cleaning company said it was working since the previous renter, this cleaning company was not trust worthy, the oven was so dirty, the coffee maker was full of gunk, on of the beds was broken and there was a dirty sock left there also the stair carpet was all stained and the the shower heads and the exhaust fans in the bathrooms wasn’t clean at all I tried to reach out to the manager he changed one of the mattresses and the coffee maker, and he fixed the broken bed When I was complaining about all this problems he recommended if I want to move out and find somewhere else, which I refused because I already booked this property for me and my family since January and there would have been impossible to find some where else in a very short notice I can provide pictures for all this Thank you
