Wake up with the sun while relaxing in bed. This two bedroom, two bath first floor ocean front condo offers gorgeous beach views and is perfectly situated directly over the pool area. The large balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. Renovated from top to bottom before the 2019 rental season, this condo offers all brand new furniture, beds and upgraded appliances and bathrooms. For added convenience, an apartment size washer and dryer is tucked into the master bedroom closet. Full size public laundry facilities are also located on this level. Beach access is just a few easy steps away via the pool deck during the summer season. Need a break from the sun? The Gold Coast Mall is directly across the street where you will find restaurants, The Candy Kitchen, TJMaxx, a liquor store, and a movie theater. Clouds and storms won't dampen your fun! Both bedrooms feature TVs and Blu-ray DVD players and there is also a 55 inch TV and Blu-ray DVD player in the living room. The DVD library features over 250 titles and there are books, games and puzzles galore. Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles and each requires a fee and weekly parking pass which can be purchased via credit card at the kiosk in from of the north lobby entrance.

HPS 1C Great short mini getaway

Place was in great location on coastal highway with short drives to rehobeth beach and the inlet of OC. Pool is nice and kept very clean very easy walk to and from the beach as well.

Beautiful property. We did however cleaned all the AC filters and the dryer filter. If you have any 2br, 2 bath on 2nd. 3rd or 4th floor's please let me know. Thank you!

Dirty and lackluster experience

Dirty and pool closed whenever they felt like it. Holiday real estate staff was apathetic at best. Borderline e rude… I understand everyone is “understaffed” but maybe the staff you have should actually DO THEIR JOB! Weather was great though! So I’ll thank God for that one!

Great place

We loved this place. It had a nice view of the Ocean and a huge porch that was decked out with nice furniture, a rug, and dining table. We were pleasantly surprised with the space and furnishings - it was comfy, stylish (loved the string of christmas lights over the porch door!) and had everything we needed. There were plenty of dvds and games for use, and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking things we needed. We had 6 people and used the 3 beds and pull out couch, all of which were great. The bathrooms are also nice. One of the best parts was that this place was on the first floor so we could easily use the stairs to go down to the beach/pool/parking lot without having to wait for the elevator. The only reason we give this condo 4 stars is there was a bad smell in the bedrooms, particularly the back room with two beds that faced the parking lot. We think this came from the AC units. We tried to clean the filters (we found mold in them) but think the AC units should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. The smell was quite disruptive, and mold can cause sickness.
