To complete your reservation, you are required to complete and submit the Lodging Agreement, Guest List as well as provide the driver's license of the person age 25+ who signs the Lodging Agreement to the owner. The email is beachlover85@verizon.net.
We are just 4 blocks from the beach and end of the Boardwalk. Within walking distance are bus and tram services, a variety of restaurants, stores, bicycle and scooter rentals, water sports and Jolly Rogers Water Park. A short distance away are more shopping and restaurant options, miniature golf locations as well as Assateague Island, Berlin and Delaware.
Our condo is available for family and friend groups as well as student groups of up to 8 guests. We request compliance with the Condo Rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. It is recommended that your pets are current on vaccines and flea/tick treatment. Please let us know the number of pets you will be bringing. Pet fees are $75 per pet Please ensure that you indicate the number of pets you are bringing.
Free on-site parking is available in the parking lot for only one vehicle per each unit. Violation is subject to towing. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles.
Free WiFi is included.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all amenities, including pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glassware, coffee mugs, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender.
Each Bedroom features a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk beds. Linens and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED but we do provide mattress covers, comforters and additional pillows and blankets. There is a towel and linen rental agency in the area - https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com.
The laundry room contains an iron and ironing board along with a dog / baby gate.
We provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels at the start of your stay.
Smoking is only permitted outside the condo. Please use the ash trays. Please be sure to pick up all trash outside the unit. The trash bin is located on the left front side of the parking lot next to the sidewalk. We do encourage recycling however you would have to drop off recyclable items at the lot across from Walmart.
There is a water hose on the left side of the house for rinsing off after your trip to the beach. A picnic table and charcoal grill are located in the back yard.

Great place to stay especially with a dog. Very clean and everything you need to know to stay they let you know before you stay there. Only an 8 min walk to beach or a 2 min drive. Host was very kind.

Best Vacation!

The location was great not that far from the beach. Everything was clean and felt homely. Our family had so much fun while we were there. Would recommend to any one looking for a place to stay near the beach.

Good experience, small suggestions

Good place to stay at a great location. Tons of great activities within walking distance. Nice neighborhood however limited parking. I would suggestion more usb port access due to limited outlet availability. Communication prior to check in was a bit spotty. Price gets a little high with fees and taxes if you are only staying for a day however overall a good experience. I would rent again if coming for a longer period of time.

Perfect place to stay in Ocean City MD

This condo is in the middle of everything of Ocean City, walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Two beds and two full bath make it more convenient. Updated kichechn and big living room. The beach cart came handy. Annemarie always answers back questions quickly, she was very nice and caring. Highly recommended.

Adorable little condo in an unbeatable location for the price

My friends and I loved staying here! 6 of us slept very comfortably in this 2 bed 2 bath condo. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Check-in was super easy, Annemarie was very communicative whenever we had a question, and the entire experience was overall great. I can’t recommend staying here enough!

A fun vacation with friends

Annemarie was incredibly communicative, accomodating and responsive! She reached out as soon as we booked and had the property ready early for arrival and iniated a rext with the arrival information. She was wonderful and I wish all vrbo rental owners were like her!

The location of this condo was great. I loved the lay out of the condo and the fact that my pup could come. The condo was not the cleanest and there were a few things broken but the owner was very attentive and responded quickly to my inquiry. Overall a good experience.
