You'll love the spacious floor plan featuring a comfortably furnished living room with fireplace, dining table, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen. There are many conveniences of home including a wet bar, washer/dryer, three TV's, two dvd's, central a/c, free WiFi, plus a sizable private west facing balcony with a bay view where you can see some memorable Ocean City sunsets. Head up to the outdoor pool when the mood strikes - it's situated on the rooftop with a large sundeck area, outdoor shower, and lounge chairs. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. This superb location makes it easy to quickly walk up to beach, or head to any number of local restaurants including Macky's, AlleyOops, Bad Monkey, Fagers Island, DRY 85, and Seacrets. When you want to head to the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk, you are a short drive away. Sleeping up to eight guests, bed sizes include a king, a queen, two singles and, if needed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 4 nights off season.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
