Your dream beach vacation awaits you. Walk through the front door into your 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, spacious townhouse featuring a short walk to the beach and beautiful views of the bay from two private balconies. Great location and free WiFi included.

This beach house is only 5 years old and contains all the comforts of home that you will need to thoroughly enjoy your vacation.

As you enter the foyer, you will see the first-floor nautical bedroom which contains a queen bed, dresser, night table, and a full bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. The foyer hallway leads to a 1 car garage which houses 5 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys for the children.

As you ascend to the second floor, you will enjoy the sunny, open floor plan which connects the living room, modern kitchen, powder room, and large dining room. The gourmet kitchen features a granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, blender, coffee pot, and all the necessary amenities to prepare your favorite meals. The living room offers a brand new (2020) sectional sofa as well as a brand new pull-out queen sofa bed, and a 55" 4K TV.

The remaining three bedrooms on the third floor also provide plush mattresses and plenty of drawer and closet space to make you feel at home. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, 43" 4K TV, walk-in closet, and adjoining full bathroom containing double sinks and a beautiful oversized tiled shower. The other two bedrooms are also beautifully decorated with one bedroom housing a queen-sized bed and the fourth bedroom containing two twin beds. The hallway leads to another full bathroom with a tub and tiled shower as well as a washer/dryer unit for your convenience.

Enjoy the rolling waves and sandy beach or venture out onto the bay on your rented kayak or paddleboard. The Jolly Roger Amusement Park is approximately two miles away, and the infamous Seacrets bar/restaurant is about a mile away. Remember to visit Kandy Kitchen if you have a sweet tooth. There are also many delicious restaurants close by. The Touch of Italy is located across the street offering authentic Italian food, and Dead Freddie's Island Grill is a few blocks away offering amazingly delicious seafood entrees. Also, a couple of blocks away is the famed Dough Roller serving up delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and casual dinner.

Ocean City, Maryland offers a plethora of opportunities to create lifelong memories. Relax and enjoy each of these special memories in your spacious, comfortable, clean, beautiful townhouse.

Weekend Getaway

Property was in order as listed. Owner was responsive and transparent. Parking was great and in a quiet area of OCMD. I def. recommend this property to anyone looking to escape the hustle. Beach was a 3 min walk and beautiful. We will be back.

Bike Week stay

We were a group of 3 couples who went down for bike week. The home was everything it said it was. Very clean. Comfy beds. Nice area. We didn’t use the pool, but it was right outside the back door and looked clean. Very nice stay and plan to book again.

Family Vacation 2024

This is our second year staying here. The house was spotless upon arrival. Grocery store not far away. House provides everything needed to prepare a meal. Two blocks to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, miniature golf all within walking distance. The pool is a relaxing place to be after the beach and is clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay

The place was exactly as described and pictured. It was big enough for a family of 9 to move around comfortably and not feel like you're in the way. The kitchen was the main gathering point for us anyway. Diane was very responsive to all questions and was very accommodating by letting us have pool access early on the day of our arrival as well as letting us check in an hour early once the cleaners were finished. The only minor issue we ran into was the floors did not appear to be mopped, as indicated by our dirty feet but we just wore flip flops in the house the rest of the week. Also, it would be great if the other bedrooms had TV's in them for when people want to just go to their room and veg out. Again, minor issues that would not prohibit us from staying here again. The house included so many amenities that we were used to having to bring ourselves (linens, towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, etc.) which was definitely an added bonus. Location was prime too. Overall great expereince!

The perfect place for an OCMD family beach vacation

This is the perfect place for our annual (growing) family beach vacation! The unit itself is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location is only a block from the sand, and centrally located in Ocean City so that we can get to any of our favorite locations in minutes. Communication with Dianne is a dream, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Townhouse Walking Distance to Beach

We had a wonderful stay here! Our group included two moms and 5 preteen girls and the townhouse was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and easy walking distance to the beach. The Townhouse has parking and the owner was very responsive. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful weekend get away

We had the best time on my bachelorette weekend. This was just what i needed for a recharge. Dianes home was beautiful. We arrived alittle early and were able to access the house right on arrival. Her home was very clean, spacious, cozy and had everything we needed. We all were comfortable with sleeping arrangements with 8 girls. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

The perfect family vacation accomodation!

As a family we have been staying at various places in OCMD for decades, and this is by far the best all around accommodation we have stayed! Now having a family where all of our kids are grown, and several have added spouses, the ability to provide privacy in sleeping/rooms is invaluable, and this is the first time that all of us have had an actual bed to sleep in such a long time. The property is bright, clean, fresh, and perfectly located in midtown, a short walk from the beach, and a short walk or car ride from all of our favorite restaurants, shops, and attractions in OCMD. Can't say enough good things about this property! In addition, the communication with Diane was second to none. Thanks Diane, from all of us!
