Gateway Grand 910 will give your family the grand vacation you deserve this summer! Enjoy your Ocean City vacation this year surrounded by luxury. This direct oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is styled with decorator furnishings. Bed sizes include a king, a queen, 2 single beds, one with a trundle and a queen sleep sofa to comfortably sleep a family of 9. For your convenience, the owner even supplies the sheets and towels and their storage locker with beach chairs, corn hole and beach toys ! Guest supplies all paper and soap products. This property features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a laundry room, four TV's, 2 DVD players and WIFI ! Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. Keurig coffee maker. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday in season. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. No pets, please. There is an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised we do not advertise any properties on Craig's list.

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Great location. Nice and roomy for 6 guests. Awesome view of ocean. Owners included use of beach equipment. Super clean and comfy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful View!

This was a wonderful trip during the off season. Easy to park, carts available to transport belongings to room, easy check-in process. The view from the master bedroom and living room/patio were spectacular! Directly on beach! Storage locker had chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, cart and other needed beach items! The gym was small, but nice and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool as it was too cold to go in the ocean. Their only complaint was no deep end as the pool is only 3 feet deep. We did not realize this is a tourist town and many things were closed during our stay so had to drive to get to restaurants or see attractions, but that was no fault of the property owners! In the summer the ease of eating out or doing fun things with kids is likely much easier than in April. The condo was clean and provided with fresh linens all packaged and ready for us to use. The sheets were comfy as were the beds. The twin beds are rather small and did not accompany teenagers well, but we made do. We will definitley consider staying here again!

Wonderful Stay at Gateway Grand 910

I just returned from a fabulous stay at the Gateway Grand, unit 910 in Ocean City, Maryland. The check in process was simple, despite Covid, and the unit spotlessly clean. We had a brief issue with internet access but the problem was handled very quickly and professionally by the management company and the remainder of the week was perfect. The unit is huge--beautifully furnished and beds very comfortable. And the view was spectacular. We had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay there again. I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful place! Awesome view! Lots of room! Great location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property at the Gateway Grand. It is beautiful. We had 8 people & there was plenty of room. This property is luxurious & the balcony view of the ocean is as good as it gets. The beach provided so much fun for the kids. Access to the beach was nice & easy. The beach storage locker made it so much more convenient. There is more than enough nice places to eat within walking distance or at least within a very short drive. The property was super clean & well taken care of. Even the elevator system was impressive. They moved fast & efficient. No waits whatsoever. Overall, our family had a fantastic experience! No complaints at all other than the fact we eventually had to leave.
