Gateway Grand 1206 Sleeps 12 and includes linens, George Foreman Grill and Game Table!!

Gateway Grand 1206 is a direct oceanfront four bedroom, three bath luxury condo located on 48th street in Ocean City, Maryland. This lovely, decorator furnished unit offers wonderful features including an oceanfront living room with east and south facing windows, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, separate dining area and breakfast bar, and cable TV and complimentary wifi. Sleeping up to ten guests, the bedding includes 1 king, 2 queens,2 singles and 1 queen sleep sofa. This owner supplies sheets and towels for your convenience, plus a laundry room which also has a private luggage cart to be used by guests during their stay. Note this cart must be returned to the condo upon departure or a $200 charge will be incurred. Gateway Grand has super amenities including a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large oceanfront sundeck and more. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental period of 7 days and rents Saturday to Saturday only in season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Perfect Family Vacation

1206 Gateway Grand is the perfect place for a family vacation! The condo gave us enough room to enjoy each other’s company and spend time together. The beach access was perfect with a little one and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful condo with views of the ocean and the bay. This location is perfect to bayside restaurants. The condo was clean (thank you housekeeping)! After the beach, the kids enjoyed time at the pool, the game room and the outdoor volleyball! Thank you !

Great Condo in O.C.

The Condo is exactly as the pictures show. Linens included. You do need to furnish paper products. We enjoyed our stay, the views are terrific. Only downside was the jacuzzi tub did not work. I reported it on Monday and it was not checked or repaired all week.

Best view in all of Ocean City

Beautiful, large and well-appointed unit that fit every need of my extended family. Abundant space in kitchen/DR/LR for our family of 9 to hang out every morning and evening with incredible oceanfront and southern views. Every bedroom had an ocean and bay view! With 4BR and 3baths, each of the three families had enough privacy to be totally comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for large family cooking, which we did several breakfasts and dinners during the week. Lots of counter space and the wine fridge was a bonus. But the greatest surprise was the view from the wrap-around balcony. Fabulously comfortable seating and an incredible unobstructed view from ocean to bay. On clear nights we enjoyed the lights from the ferris wheel on the pier. The building overall is wonderful. Deck parking, secure entries, enclosed hallways, a spacious lobby with beautiful sitting areas, and indoor and outdoor pools. All were clean and luxurious. Looking very much forward to staying again next summer.

Nice Condo! - Needs Some TLC

We really enjoyed our stay! The building and grounds are very nice and well maintained. Having both indoor and outdoor pools was a bonus. The location is excellent. Lots of dining options within a short walk. Beautiful views of both the ocean and bay from balconies. Can experience both sunrise and sunset from unit. Only a couple of items keep it from 5 stars. The cleanliness of the unit upon arrival was a little lacking. Some details were missed. The unit needs some TLC. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. It’s a bit dingy and worm out. Some of the curtains would not open/close without a struggle. Shower heads need to be replaced. Light bulbs burned out and missing in a couple places. None of this kept us from enjoying our stay, but correcting these issues would make it a 5 star rental.

Bike week 2019

This was our second time at the property we love the location and the overall space of the condo however considering the money charged to rent the place I feel they could update it .. it’s really starting to look shabby
