    This lovely home is split into two apartments. The charming upstairs apartment has all the comforts of home that you'd like to bring on vacation with you. Relax in the living room that boasts plush furniture and a large TV to stream movie marathons on. Sip your morning coffee and feel the ocean breeze on the balcony providing a spectacular Atlantic Ocean view.



    Serve your loved ones home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs ensure everyone will receive a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. For extra space, a sofa bed is provided. The ground-floor apartment boasts a bright interior, plush furniture, and a TV for streaming your favorite movies. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and a formal dining table.

    Parking: Four parking spaces are included with this rental. Two designated on-site parking spaces and two designated off- site parking spaces.



    Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

While the house had two decks and a patio, the connectivity between the bottom floor to the rest of the house was through the main outdoor stairway. People would not check the ground floor because for food and activity because it meant going outdoors. This left our ground floor apartment group often in a separate hangout than upstairs, which would lead us to not rent the home again. The house is old and parts of it are sinking, but mainly it means rooms are not level.The house could use some maintenance, so it is not on our list of repeat rentals. The wifi did not work and we couldn't find the modem in the house to reset it. A few of the aircon units and/or remotes needed maintenance. The mattresses and beds varied significantly in age (solid frame vs squeeky springframe, soft vs hard mattress). The location is the draw. Ocean view on the boardwalk was great. The neighbors were fine. The parking between the house and permits for the rental were sufficient. The stove, laundry, showers, and fridges did their job. While some rooms didn't have towels, there were spares we eventually found.
