Sought after Oceanfront condo due to extended balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the beach. Freshly painted and with new living room furniture, updated windows and doors assure an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The spacious oversized balcony is a favorite for people watching! Located on exclusive 2nd floor, the balcony awards you with pampered outdoor living in the summer. Balcony is accessible from both the Master bedroom and the living room through sliding glass doors.

Features 3 large bedrooms, all with private baths. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops available for your use. 75" Samsung Smart HD TV over gas fireplace in living room with access to Netflix and other streaming services which is on addition to premium Xfinity cable ty service. . Master Bedroom has King bed with large picture windows, 47" HD TV, and separate seating area to soak in the great ocean views. Master bath has separate jetted tub and large shower, with double sink vanity. The second bedroom includes 1 King, with the third bedroom offers a full over full bunk, with a single trundle. Queen Sleeper sofa is accessible for your convenience in the living room. The 'unique to this building' large balcony offers nice outdoor furniture, a large table for outdoor dining, with plenty of chairs to people watch or just soak in the afternoon sun and ocean breeze.
Building amenities include roof top pool, workout room with sauna, and 2 parking spaces in gated garage. Ideal location on famous OC boardwalk, at the widest part of the beach, close to amusement pier, restaurants, boat rentals, deep sea fishing, miniature golf. All 5 star reviews from prior guests. Electronic lock so no need to wait in line at an office to pick up keys.

Belmont Towers Again

Very nice condo. We loved the ocean front and boardwalk view we had. We enjoyed this exact Condo for 3 years in a row now. The patio is huge and provides more tables and chairs than we needed.

Perfect beach week

Everything about this place is amazing. It was perfect for the 6 of us. We will be staying here again. The balcony is the best part. Hanging out at night watching everyone in the board walk. Only one request, buy a good sweeper. The sweeper just blows sand out the back.

Perfect location. Great space for our family. Had an issue with the door handle and within 15 minutes of reporting, it was fixed. Having use of the storage locker was so helpful for beach gear. Rode the trolley the entire lenghth of the boardwalk and our rental was the best! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing vacation

We had a great time during this stay. The condo was perfect for our family, great location to sit on the balcony and people watch, or go to the pier for rides and games. Even though it rained for half of our stay, we had a wonderful time! The fireworks on Monday were the icing on the cake! We will definitely look to stay here again.

Lovely condo in the heart of old OC. Massive balcony with ample furniture. Amazing people watching and easy access to all of our favs - rides, popcorn, fries. Right on the beach/boardwalk - busy late into the night. Would definitely stay here again!

We came back again!

We enjoyed our stay so much last year, we rented the exact same condo we had last year. It is very nice, clean and you can't beat the location. We love the extended porch overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean and close the rides for the kids.

Wonderful Unit Perfect Location

This was our 7th year staying at the Belmont Towers and our first time in this unit. The unit was super clean, beautifully decorated, and with easy check-in access. The bunk beds in the (kids) bedroom were oversized, and with the pull out trundle it made three large beds making for great sleeping space! The spacious balcony is amazing if you love sitting outside, people watching, eating, reading; you have a very open viewpoint so you can see very well all around you! We will definitely be staying at this unit again!

Great condo!

We had a wonderful experience! The condo was great, comfy beds and couches for relaxing. The large patio was nice to relax on too. Nice tvs to keep us entertained when it rained. We would definitely stay here again!!
