DIRECT OCEANFRONT AND BOARDWALK RENOVATED corner condo with indoor pool on 12th St.! You'll love this modern, renovated condo that was renovated in May 2023! You're in the thick of the action, close to everything and will be overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, beach and famous boardwalk! Bedroom has 2 double (full sized) beds and a TV and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room - sleep 6 comfortably! You'll have free high speed wifi/internet, one free assigned parking spot and a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo is located on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator in building. With Smart TVs in the living room, you can stream your favorite shows and movies (with your login credentials.) The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a Keurig, coffee pot, blender, etc. Relax on the balcony, drink your favorite drink and watch the sights and sounds of the famous Ocean City Boardwalk! The pool is normally open May - September from 10 am - 9 pm. You'll also be with a few blocks of Hammerhead's Bar and Grill, DaVinci's by the Sea, Subway Sub Shop and numerous bike rental and other boardwalk stores. PERFECT LOCATION! *Indoor pool that is open from May till October, from 10 am to 9 pm. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

*Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $99.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
