Direct Oceanfront 3BR Condo - Awesome View of Ocean & Bay!

Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom condo just steps to the beach. We are actually DIRECT OCEANFRONT!!!!!! Many owners advertise as oceanfront but are actually oceanview with others' balconies between them and the ocean. We have one of the few END UNITS available, so no one is between you and your spectacular ocean view. This means coffee and sunrises to yourself. Available for weekly and seasonal rentals from May through October! Mini-stays, weekends and nights are available during off-season (September through May). Rainy days are not a problem at our condo, we have an indoor heated pool and large game/recreation center to keep the kids occupied and happy and the parents relaxed. Great for golf trips. Long term off-season rental available. Sorry we do NOT rent to High School Seniors, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

What a magical space to enjoy time in Ocean City. Unparalleled oceanfront views and balcony in a beautifully appointed condominium with room for many guests. We enjoyed this retreat during a local family wedding. 24 hour security, convenient parking, 2 pools, beachfront property with sand washing station and proximity to restaurants, grocery and all that OC has to offer. The host is incredibly flexible, responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope we’re lucky enough to return!

We have vacationed in OC Maryland 4 times now and this was definitely our favorite trip. The condo was spacious, updated, clean and has incredible views! Renee was extremely helpful and responded to all of our questions right away. My family is already talking about booking another trip here next year.

This condo is so cute. Right on the beach and has an indoor and outdoor pool. Spacious bedrooms and a super large sofa that we all wanted to take home. Every room has a tv and very comfortable beds. The host was so easy to communicate with. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and seeing dolphins. Who could ask for more?

Lots of people there on 'move in' day, but that is to be expected for a building this size. Everything was as stated in the listing. Appreciated the couch was big enough for everyone in our party to all sit on and the beach supplies for use in the closet.

Great condo & experience

This was a very spacious condo in a great location. Just what we were looking for. The owner was super accessible and helpful- even took a late night call when we were having issues with the refrigerator and came up with a solution so we didn’t lose our food. Building management was really on point too. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Excellent property for anyone!

Our son was graduating from Salisbury University and we had multiple generations coming to the graduation. This property allowed us all to stay together. Communication with the property manager was fabulous. The property is exactly as described. We enjoyed hanging out and meals together while overlooking the ocean. There was plenty of seating for all eight of us. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. With elderly people, it was nice to have one shower that was step in and although we didn’t need this having a tub for little kids in the other bathroom would be helpful for some families.Such a big pool and easy access to the beach. Will definitely look to rent again on our return to Ocean City. Thanks for a wonderful trip!!

Great time together

We rented this condo for a few nights. One night was girlfriends having a fun overnight. Two nights were couples spending time together. The condo was perfect for our group of 5 friends. We each had our own bed and plenty of space. The bedrooms are large. Communication with Renee was fantastic. Check in was easy if you just follow her instructions. The views were gorgeous! I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo to friends.

Great stay!

My family really enjoyed the condo! It was bright & clean with a great view! The condo was a nice size - plenty of room for our family. The 2nd floor of the complex was a nice place to have some family fun with ping-pong, pool tables, & an indoor pool. We had a great time & would love to stay here again next year.

Great space for a mini-family reunion

Large, bright apartment with a roomy common space great for entertaining. Big island for food prep and lots of seating. Great views and direct access to the beach. The layout of the furniture was a little tricky to maneuver a walker for the elderly. Easy coordination with property manager.
