AMAZING VIEWS from this DIRECT BAYFRONT 2 Bedroom Midtown Condo! You'll love this condo and its fantastic waterfront view from the main living areas, expansive balcony and the master bedroom! Oh, and of course the best sunsets in Ocean City! This 2-bedroom, 2 full bath second floor condo has a washer/dryer, high speed wifi, 2 Smart TVs (to be used with your login credentials). The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs including a waffle iron. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sleep sofa. This bayfront condo is just under a mile to the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a few minute drive or 17-20 minute walk. The unit also comes with one assigned parking space.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.***

Very comfortable and amazing view

It was the perfect location for us. The view of the bay is amazing, with beautiful sunsets and peaceful mornings. We had dinner in true first night and then decided that we would rather eat take out on the balcony so we could really enjoy the view. The condo is very comfortable. Parking was super easy and the beach was a short drive away. The kitchen is well equipped.

Perfect for our family!

We came to Ocean City for dance nationals and this worked perfectly. A room with 2 beds for our kids, which we needed and 2 bathrooms which helped everyone get ready everyday! Having laundry was soooo helpful-especially on beach days. Location was convenient and the bay views were beautiful! Hosts were so easy to communicate with-super responsive and helpful!
