Family Getaway

My sisters and I brought our 85 year old father to the beach for a long weekend getaway. I wanted him to be able to sit out on the beautiful deck and overlook the bay and he was able to do just that! The view was amazing and he enjoyed every minute of it. The place was fantastic and had more than enough room for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The place was spacious and decorated very nicely! All of the rooms were a great size and we loved the loft area. This place is well taken care of and is really just an amazing place to stay. Totally enjoyed our time there!

Bay Bliss!!!

This was a wonderful house directly on the bay…very nicely decorated without overdoing it. The views were fantastic and it was such fun to see all of the daily activity that went right by our house. On the last night, we even had dolphins out in front of our place! Great sunrises and sunsets. The house is amazingly well equipped with all kitchen utensils, etc. A listing of what is in the shed and also in the house would be a nice help so guests are not packing duplicates. I had specifically ask about baby gates, high chair and portable crib and was told “no”. They were all there in the closets and laundry room. We used the kayak that was under the deck with the ladder along with our own paddle boards right off of our dock - fun times! We would definitely stay there again!!!

Outstanding Property

Incredible property. Could not have been happier with the home, amenities, location, management etc. Cleaning crew could work a little harder but nothing we couldn’t, or weren’t willing to, handle. Just a great place and looking forward to returning next year.

Views are amazing! House and community are great!

We highly enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful and plenty of space. Views of the bay are amazing! Community was very safe and we enjoyed riding our bikes. Bike ride to the pool was around 3 mins and bike ride to the beach was around 7-8 mins. We rented Kayaks and had a really good time. The only thing I would definitely mention to renters would be the items available in the shed, that would be a huge bonus to renters. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, fishing rods etc. We have been traveling to OC for many many years and this was the best place we have rented yet! Also to mention there are 3 single beds upstairs and also a single trundle bed so the room sleeps 4 total with a ton of space. All beds were very comfortable. We absolutely loved it!

Memorial Day Getaway

It was a GREAT weekend. Very nice and quite neighborhood. Easy access to Coastal Highway to get to restaurants and entertainment. Enjoyed the dock behind the house. Did some fishing and crabbing. Caught over two dozen crabs enough to have them for dinner. Would definitely rent that house again.

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 babies. The property has a breathtaking view of the bay especially at sunset! The house was beautifully decorated and the kids really enjoyed the extra touches in the upstairs bedroom with the treasure chest. I would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent accommodations. Great views and centrally located. Property owner/manager promptly answered all questions. We had a minor water issue that was taken care of in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this property and have plans to lease this property again.

Sunfest Girls Weekend

My 7 friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described and then some. Beautiful water views!! My friends kept thanking me for finding such a gem to enjoy our girls weekend. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
