  • Newly renovated 2BR, 1.5 BA townhouse on Jamestown Road (116th Street), about 3 blocks from Coastal Highway. Walk to dining and shops. Ground level has a living room, large eat-in kitchen, half bath and a furnished balcony with water view. Second level has two bedrooms, one full bathroom (hallway access) and a laundry closet in bedroom 1 - note bedroom 1 has a furnished balcony with a water view as well. Bed sizes include a queen in bedroom 1, 2 full beds in bedroom 2 and a Queen sleep sofa in the living area to sleep a total of 8. Property rents any 3 nights all season.
    Guest supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
    Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

We had a great stay at this property! It was very centrally located with lots of food and shopping options nearby. The property was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of a bird sanctuary off the back. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Bayside Townhouse Close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is recently remodeled and nicely maintained. The back deck on both levels is great with wonderful bay views off the top deck. Easy walk to the beach and close to lots of great attractions and places to eat.

This property is hands down compatible for the price and location. It fit the need for 3 adult males comfortably. The neighborhood is family oriented, peaceful, quiet and the views of the bayside were stunning. Great surroundings for restaurants, grocery store, bars and fast food. Will definitely look for this property when I plan to return.

Great sunsets on upper deck

Place was comfortable and had what we needed. The deck off second floor master BR offered wonderful view of the marsh and bay, sunsets and at night. The road out front looks a little seedy, so just don't look! Easy walk to beautiful beach.

Clean and comfortable

Property was exactly as listed. Beds were super comfortable and place was clean. The balcony off the master was a great outdoor space. There was no one next to us in the row of condos so it was super quiet!

Sweet little townhouse

Unit was in excellent condition, new appliances, furnishings, and finishes. This seems to be the nicest unit in a small row of townhouses. One neighbor in particular seemed to be around a lot, and we got a sense that they were watching us. Easy walk to the beach, great food (and beer) nearby.

Neighbor’s dog

It’s a great condo, beach chairs and umbrellas there and kids beach toys. Great location and awesome views of the bayside. But the neighbor brought their dog and whenever they left, the dog would bark nonstop until they returned. They also smoked weed on their back porch everyday all day it seemed like.

Amazing ocean city vacation

This was the first time my daughter visited Ocean City. I have been here numerous times but in my twenties, and that was a long time ago. I read all the reviews before selecting this townhome and they were all correct. Beautiful, clean place and absolutely close to everything! The two porches were amazing especially the top floor one off the bedroom, amazing sunsets and lightning storms. We also enjoyed the birds in the back yard as its a bird sanctuary. Very peaceful and loved we could drive 15 minutes to boardwalk and enjoy the fun! 10 minute walk to beach and food lion across the street. We bought food and cooked and this place had what you needed to get it done! I honestly don't have any complaints with this cute spacious tomehome and definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful Townhouse

I rented the townhouse with my husband for five nights. It was very clean and inviting. We loved having the two decks to sit outside during our say. The house is close to the beach and restaurants.

Super clean and cozy, great location, 10 minute walk to the beach

Our family of 5 stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the fresh and clean home, especially the decks overlooking the beautiful bay. We were within walking (or short driving) distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach (access at 118th St). The staff at the property management company were very nice and responsive. We'd definitely go back.

Nice spot to stay!

It was a lot of extra car space having to bring the bedding (sheets), paper products and towels however overall it was a nice place in a convenient location. About 15-20 drive to the boardwalk and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would stay here again!
