This condo is located on the 2nd floor (walk-up) and features a fully-equipped kitchen, TV's in both the living room and bedroom, cable access and free Wi-Fi. 70th street is a great location convenient to the 90 bridge, a number of notable restaurants including Saltwater 75, Ropewalk and The Bonfire, plus mini golf and bowling! The Ocean City Boardwalk is only a short drive or Beach Bus ride away. Note this property rents any three nights.
Accommodating up to five guests, the condo has a queen bed in the bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area and a single rollaway bed. Guest must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
