Welcome to our beautiful 2 BR, 2 BA condo. Enjoy year-round pool access, a gym, sauna, free WiFi, and parking for 2 vehicles. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering with loved ones. The balcony is perfect to relax and unwind while watching the beautiful sunrise. Enjoy short walks to the beach or you can also relax by the private indoor pool, available throughout the year. Makai is conveniently located near the convention center, restaurants, bars, & shopping! Book your stay today!



POOL ACCESS:

The indoor pool is managed by the building and not the host. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closure can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of season.



LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED!



We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.



Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.



Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.



Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.

Our condo is equipped with year-round pool access, gym, and a soothing sauna. Stay connected with free WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of parking for two vehicles.



Located near the convention center, our condo is a prime spot for those attending the annual car shows, bike weeks, and various parades. You`re also within walking distance of popular spots like Shotti`s, Coconuts, 45th Street Taphouse, Seacrets, Fager`s Island, and Macky`s. The beach is just a short stroll away, beckoning you with its sandy shores and ocean breezes.

If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.



If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Request are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.



Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.



This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1000 fine for smoking in the unit.



Due to the high volume of turnovers and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

Ocean City

In terms of the pros the location relative to the convention center was great and the condo overall was nice. The customer service team was also very responsive when the keypad no longer worked due to the battery dying. In terms of the cons we were unable to check in until around 4:20 as the cleaning staff was still there when we arrived at 4. The bathroom shower was a little dated and dirty looking compared to the pictures.
