Sea Watch 614 is a two-bedroom plus a den, two bathroom BEACHFRONT condo with a furnished balcony overlooking the picturesque ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! It comfortably sleeps up to six people.

Sea Watch 614 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, one parking space (provided at building with registration fee), three flat screen TVs, free WiFi, cable TV, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal and dishwasher.

Sea Watch features the following amenities: indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, basketball court, arcade room, playground, pool table, sauna, fitness center, movie theater, beautifully landscaped courtyard, security guards, six elevators and an outdoor foot shower. The building is conveniently located directly across from Gold Coast Mall and a couple streets away from Food Lion Grocery Store.

Family vacation

Overall we had a very good experience with our rental. This was our first time staying there. It was 3 adults and 3 children. They loved the pools and being able to walk right to the beach without crossing the street. We would stay here again.

Cleaning and linens

We had to clean and sanitize all surfaces and floors except for a bathroom. Old mildew smelling hand towels were left at the kitchen sink. Drain was full of I don't know what. Bathroom sink and tub didn't drain well. We did not get notice about linens, apparently the terms changed 2 days after we booked so it would've cost extra. It was also another fee just to use the parking garage. For such a large building and 7 nights at the price we paid I expected better. Not worth the price! All in all we were happy to be on vacation and at the beach just happy with our place.

Not cleaned well!

Coffee maker had grounds in it, light bulbs out, clothes left in dresser from previous tenant, bar of soap left in shower, dead bugs around windows, clothes drying rack broken on balcony, a big moth found on the bed, bedroom with carpet not vacuumed, etc. With all these things wrong, we didn’t feel confident that “extra” cleaning and disinfecting was done to prevent Corona, so we wasted the first couple hours of our vacation cleaning and disinfecting.

Good Stay

All was good. Nice place. Having to go to pick up keys was inconvenient. Other than that, would definitely consider staying here again. The grounds keepers at sea Watch do a FANTASTIC JOB keeping the place nice.

Almost Perfect

Very pleased with this unit. It was true to its pictures and was very clean. The complex had many amenities that we could enjoy during our stay and it was very well-kept. I gave it 4/5 stars because our wifi was not set up correctly and we received little help from staff, also we were not informed we had to pay $40 for parking when we first got there. Other than that, this place was a very good choice and we would definitely stay here again!
