Features of this property include laminate flooring, granite kitchen countertops, spacious kitchen cabinets/backsplash and a nicely decorated bathroom upstairs. In addition, you will love the furnishings in the living room along with the bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed, queen bed and 2 bunk beds. The house has TVs in most rooms along with a washer/dryer, central AC and of course wireless internet.

Centrally located on 70th street, this home offers convenient access to locations throughout Ocean City and the surrounding areas, including easy access to route 90 for trips to Berlin and Salisbury. You’ll love the proximity to the Convention Center, fantastic bars/restaurants, miniature golf, go-carts and Ocean City’s famous boardwalk.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* One covered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This house is located on 70th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Week in Ocean city

Location was great but disappointed that some of the property pictures were inaccurate and it was mentioned nowhere in the listing that this is a condo and not a house. Was definitely not happy with that given the price I paid to rent this unit.

Great vacation - Clean property

We had our two college aged kids with us. 4 Adults for the whole. The location is fantastic!!!! We loved the boardwalk that runs from the back door to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded due to no high-rises around. The property was clean & well equipped. The updates to the property were nice. The living space was great for relaxing. I have no complaints at all. Looking forward to staying here next year.

Family vacay

Location was great. The street was quiet and the beach wasn’t crowded. The unit was well stocked, even had a blender. Beds were comfortable. Linen service was top notch. Our towels and sheets looked like new! Thank you I’d recommend shoes when on the shared deck/boardwalk. Our granddaughter got a splinter. Some updating would be nice; first floor shower has some permanent staining and the ceiling tiles in the bedroom are stained. Overall I’d give the unit a 4.5 We had a nice stay. 😎

Cute Spot

Stayed here for a quick trip to OC, the house was super cute and clean and in an awesome location. The beach is SO accessible. The check in and check processes were super easy and we loved the house. Tons of porch space and lots of room for our family! We would 100% stay here again!

Great location

The location was great, and there was room for us and 5 kids, with a very quick walk to the beach. Check-in was easy as well! There was not a lot of the everyday things provided like hand soap or toilet paper for the week, which was tougher for us because we were from out of state, but if you a able to pack those things or bring them home, then this place will work for you. It was also nice having a washer and dryer on site.

Nice week at the beach!

The unit was clean and we loved the keyless entry. Just two complaints which are very easy fixes. First, a unit that large requires a bigger kitchen trash can. Next, a bedroom for 6 people should have at least one closet. Both closets were locked for the owners. Overall, it was a very nice unit.

The property has a great location, extremely close to the beach and nearby restaurants, while not being in an area that's too overcrowded. The house wasn't as clean as I would like, but still a decent place if you're just looking to be right by the beach.

Family and friends getaway

We really enjoyed this property. We stayed with my family of four and our close friends (family of 4). There was plenty of room for all and it was very clean. We loved that the property was within a very short walking distance to the beach so we could easily come back for lunch or make trips back to the condo as needed throughout the day. It was also in close proximity and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Beach Place 22

Condo was ideally located mid-town on 70th street just steps from the beach on your own boardwalk. The beds were very comfy. Only complaints were the tub drain was very slow (this was fixed the next morning after calling) and the lack of enough dinner-ware for the number of people we had staying. We were constantly having to wash before the next meal. Not a deal breaker but could have use more. We were surprised when we arrived and found a 1/2 bath on the main floor, a full one on the first and a shared full on the top floor. Title on VRBO write-up says 2.25 bathrooms and below that lists bathrooms as two. Should update wording to let people there is a 1/2 bath and include a picture of it as well.

Nice home in good area but take care with small children

This is a very nice, clean home; posted pictures do it justice. It is a short walk to a clean beach. A variety of food, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance. We had three adults and two small children in our party and we were very comfortable. The owners/managers, David and Rhonda, were very nice and dealing with them was a pleasure. Would definitely rent again. Ground Level: Deep covered parking area was tall enough to accommodate a large Chevy Suburban so that it was completely covered and we could open the hatch back. There is also a hose here for cleaning sand from your feet. The water will warm up if you let it run a few seconds so it wasn't too cold. Inside is the entryway, a laundry closet and bedroom with private bath with shower. Off the bedroom is a covered, open patio with chaise lounge. The stairwell is open in the entryway so there is plenty of storage beside and under it for your beach equipment. Note you must bring everything: umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, etc. This level is tiled and extremely slippery when wet. The entry way has no floor mat inside (when we rented) so be extremely careful with wet feet. Middle level: Living room with covered deck, kitchen with dining area, half bath and rear enclosed deck. Rear deck is not covered and is shady in the morning but hot in the afternoon. This level is very open from front to back. Plenty of seating on the decks but it would be nice to have a small dining/cafe table and chairs on one of them. Kitchen is basically equipped, although we couldn't find measuring cups except a 2-cup glass one, and if you want to do a crab boil, bring your own pot. Upper level: Large king bedroom with private balcony, large bedroom with 2 sturdy pyramid bunk sets, linen closet and shared full bath. Bedrooms are large with expected furniture, extra pillows and blankets. The only seating in the bedrooms, however, are the beds. There are also no clocks in the bedrooms; if you want a radio or clock to wake to, bring your own. Two big cautions: The floors throughout the house are extremely slippery (our young children slipped and fell several times with wet feet and in socks) and the stairwell is dangerously open for young children. Stairs are open at the back and sides and children can climb over and through the railings. It is possible to climb over or through the railing on the top floor and fall all the way to the middle floor. Examine photos carefully; use care and vigilance.

Perfect getaway!

Our stay was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean and in a great location in Ocean City, right near the beach. It was a smooth rental process and had no issues. We will definitely be renting this place again for the next trip!

Warm Welcoming Ambiance

We LOVED the warm welcoming ambiance, friendly management staff, & the elegant decor of this condo. Waking up to walk on the beach and enjoy the sunrise was such a wonderful experience.
