Coastal Comfort - 2BR/2BA Condo in North OCMD - Walk to Beach, Dining & Fun

Welcome to Sandy Bottom! Our 2nd floor condo is part of Whispering Woods Condominiums. This is a quiet community in the Caine Woods area of North Ocean City. Our condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and a deck & patio space. There is a community pool and you can walk to the beach in 7-10 minutes (3.5 blocks). Fenwick Island, DE is also within walking distance.

NO MONTHLY RENTALS June --- August.

Bed sheets & bath towels provided.

You will enter into the private courtyard where we have a couch & 2 Adirondack chairs, a grill and beach equipment in a storage bin. If you would like to bring your bikes the courtyard is a great area to store them during your stay and it can be locked. There is a locked shed for the owners in this space. As you go up the steps to the deck, there is a outdoor dining set with seating for 4.

The front door off the deck takes you into the living room where there is a recliner, sofa and over sized chair. Relax and enjoy your favorite streaming services on the large wall mounted TV. Between the living room and kitchen is a small counter height dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals for your group. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the closet off of the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom. There are 2 nightstands, a dresser & closet. The 2nd bedroom has twin over twin bunks and full over full bunks with a twin trundle. There is a closet in the 2nd bedroom and a few toys & games. Both bedrooms have wall mounted TVs.

Our space can accommodate 4 adults plus children. Please message us if you have questions about the size of your group.

Within walking distance you will find many shops and restaurants, several mini golf courses, laser tag, an arcade, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark and go-karts.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, deck, and courtyard patio. Please note there is an owner's closet in the bunk room and a locked shed in the courtyard. Please be respectful of our personal spaces.
You will also have access to the community pool which is open Memorial Day till the 3rd Sunday in Setember.

Our locking courtyard is a great place to store bikes if you would like to bring your bikes with you!

Our places is part of a condo community. We ask that you respect our neighbors. There are to be NO excessive noise, large gatherings or parties. Community quiet hours begin at 10:00pm. This is a 2nd story condo and there is a unit under us.

GRILL:
Ocean City Fire Code states that there is to be NO grilling on wood balconies or decks. You MUST also be at least 25 feet from all structures, including the fencing. Our grill may be utilized in the parking lot.

PARKING:
You are allowed to park two vehicles in the Whispering Woods parking lot. Other vehicles can be parked on the street for free.

LINENS provided - included sheets & bath towels

Guests need to provide the following:
-Sheets (Only if you plan to use the twin trundle or queen sleeper sofa.) Sheets are on all 4 bunk beds and the queen bed in the master.
-Beach towels
-Paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc.)
-Limited supply of trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc... will be provided. We ask that if you finish a product that was supplied to you, that you kindly restock and pay it forward for the next guests.
-You might want to bring a blanket or two. We provide a few throws.

We provide access to YouTube TV on all televisions. Please bring your own logins for other streaming services.

BEACH ITEMS:
We have 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach cart and boogie boards for your use.
