    The Space:

    Experience canal-front living at its finest at this quaint and unique beach home! This thoughtfully decorated home is ready for your family to enjoy. It is a very short distance to the beach, and very close to the grocery store, multiple restaurants, and shopping centers. The interior is spread out with plenty of space for all to relax and enjoy.



    The home backs to the canal and has a stone paver patio and deck for relaxing in the morning with your coffee or in the afternoon when you return from the day at the beach. The patio has wicker lounge chairs for laying out and soaking up the sun and the deck has a table and chairs. Additional amenities include beach chairs for guest use, boogie boards, a beach cart and wagon to haul your items to the beach, a corn hole, a foosball table in the garage for guest enjoyment, a crab trap for crabbing off the back patio, and an abundant amount of board games and coloring books for the kids.

    Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



    This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Location was great but it looked like they had never cleaned from the past 10 renters. Garage looked like there was a frat party in there the night before with empty beer cans, trash, and beach chairs laying all over, there was a knife sitting on the ping pong table. Stains on all of the couches pillows, blankets, futons, which led me to purchase my own pillows, which I ended up leaving there at the house. Backyard furniture cushions were thrown throughout the yard. Hose was unraveled across the yard, and a large cover, assuming for the furniture was crumpled/stuffed into the bush. There was a smell of cigarettes when we entered the house. Trim piece of the floor between the living room carpet and kitchen floor was completely broken off making a tripping hazard. Crumbs on the dining room table and dining room chairs. One of the showers was spraying water directly at the ceiling above the shower head. Dirty blankets and pillows just crammed into the closets, nothing folded or clean. One kitchen cabinet had 9 ant traps in it with a large amounts of dead ants in there, I didn’t open the others. The support rail on the top bunk bed was totally broken, it wouldn’t have supported a toddlers weight. Used bandaid under one bed, and a used floss/toothpick under another bed. Vacuum was just left sitting in the middle of the living room with tv and cable wires just tangled in the corner. I’m under the assumption the only preparation for new guests is leaving clean towels.
