Bimini 205 - Direct Oceanfront 87th St, WiFi, W/D, AC

Rentals from June through September are Saturday to Saturday only. For Summer 2025 we have replaced the 3 wicker chairs in the Living/TV room with 3 new more comfortable chairs. We also added an additional Keurig supreme K-cup coffee machine. For rentals 2025 we will provide 6 complete sets of bath towels and all beds will be made. For Summer 2024 we have invested in new balcony glass sliding doors and a new window in the guest room. A big improvement in quality and efficiency. Guest room closet refinished with new paint, closet organizer and 6 panel closet doors.

For Summer 2022 we have added a new 55” 4K UHD smart TV in the living room, a new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room, 3 new queen sized bed/foundation/frame in the master and guest bedrooms. We added a new 50" 4K UHD smart TV in the guest bedroom. All 3 TV's in the condo use Roku and YouTube TV subscription is provided.

For Summer 2021 we have added new balcony pub chairs and table. Pub chair height is perfect for relaxing looking out over the beach and ocean. We also installed a new HE washer/dryer - LG Washtower.

Complete renovation finished in June 2020, the condo is non-smoking, this includes the ocean facing balcony non-smoking and front door walkway.

New 50” 4K ultra TV in living room and 40” in master bedroom.

New WiFi entry locking system so no mailing keys or key management. You will be setup with a 4 digit access code for entry into the condo. Comcast Xfinity WiFi will support doing any remote work access.

Kitchen was a complete remodel. All new LG stainless steel appliances. New Maple cabinets, new granite counter tops, new kitchen and hall flooring. New counter stools and table chairs.

We have installed new HVAC units, inside air handler and roof top heat pump.

All electric switches, outlets and GFI outlets are new.

Both bathrooms are updated with new Koehler toilets and vanity cabinet refacing.

The entire condo has been painted in a beach/coastal paint theme.

All doors are new 6 panel doors.

We are new owners of this condo and are committed to providing the best vacation stay we can. We will continually improve over time.

This was our first vacation in over 4 years and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Not only is the condo kept in pristine condition, but communication with the host was easy and pleasant. We had a mishap with the microwave which wasn’t a huge deal but Ken came out right away to solve the problem. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Absolutely beautiful!!

Everything from booking through Vrbo to checking out was seamless. I had a question about our code, within minutes we had answers. Very quick communication. The condo is amazing. Super clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. There was also beach gear there if we needed it. The view of the ocean and beach were stunning and so beautiful. Loved seeing the sunrise every morning. Everything was perfect. Kids loved it. Very short walk to the beach. We will definitely try to book this again. We could not have asked for a better stay! Thank you Ken & Leigh for making our trip the best ever.

Quick get away

The condo was quaint and clean. Well stocked with all the basics and more. We really enjoyed this part of town, convenient to everything. The balcony was perfect for morning dolphin views! The owner was easy to communicate with and on top of things.

Bimini on the Beach

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the beach. Perfect patio to enjoy the sunrise and a perfect ocean view. SUPER CLEAN ( important to this clean freak )! Bedrooms far enough apart to give everyone privacy with separate bathrooms as well. Bedding is provided. But bring your own bath towels! I missed that at first! Washer dryer was a great perk . Made packing light easier! Kitchen was fabulous with everything you could need! Appreciated the spices and all baking and cooking utensils at hand. The beach storage had everything we needed to grab and go right to the beach each day. Plenty of room in front of the condo to enjoy the beach. Never super crowded..Outdoor shower as you exit beach on the condo building to rinse off the sand and salt was perfect..Owner Ken was super responsive and communicated everything we needed for easy check in, etc. Would recommend 100%! Thank you for a perfect week! Go Bills😂

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. We loved being oceanfront! I spent a lot of time on the balcony almost more than time than on the beach. All in all it was a great week spent in a lovely condo.

The property was just like it was advertised. Very clean and everything was in very good to excellent condition. Awesome view of the beach and ocean. Also, it’s a great location that’s walking distance to several good restaurants and an easy in/out onto the highway for driving.

The Best View

We had a great time at this condo. You can’t beat the view and the property is clean and well-kept with lots of updates. The kitchen is very well stocked. Great location as well, close to lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Everything about this condo is wonderful—clean, comfortable, and a lot of lovely touches that are many times overlooked. There was hand soap at each sink, paper goods throughout the home, and thoughtful kitchen essentials. Everything about this condo felt like home… just with the ocean a lot closer. Highly recommend.

Great Getaway

Looking for a place to stay always makes me anxious - Are the pictures and details accurate? Are the comments reliable? Ken's place, Bimini 205 delivers. Pictures and comments are accurate. Quick response to questions. Parking is next to the stairs. There are 28 steps (4 sets of 7) to the 2nd floor. Beach access is easy. Down the stairs, approximately 15-20 ft. to the 88th Street dune crossing, cross the dune and you're on the beach. The beach near the water had a 2ft drop off due to ebb and flow. It was easy to get up and down and as the week went on the drop off decreased in size. The locker area in the garage provided chairs, umbrella, etc. or a place to store your personal equipment. Balcony provides an unobstructed view of the dune, beach and ocean. The tall chairs are comfortable, they put your eyesight above the railing and the table provides a great place to enjoy outside dining. Interior is tastefully decorated with a beach theme. Secure entry with 2 locks. Kitchen was clean, new, modern and well equipped. Master bedroom closet had plenty of storage. Second bedroom was spacious with ensuite bath. We didn't use it as there were only 2 of us. As stated, bathrooms have been partially updated and were clean. Location - Restaurants within walking distance (3 or more flat blocks depending on what you want to eat and how far you want to walk). Driving to restaurants, grocery is easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return

Wonderful accommodations! Well equipped kitchen… neighborhood nice and quiet… the view breathtaking!

Amazing View!

My family and I had a great Ocean City vacation at this property. The condo was spotless, with plenty of amenities and an absolutely stunning view of the beach from the dual access (living room and bedroom) balcony! The owner was easy to contact and work with. Great Vacation Rental

We absolutely loved our stay in Bimini. The condo was well stocked with everything. The location was perfect! So quiet you could hear the waves crashing on the shore while laying in bed. The unit was spotless when we arrived. It was so helpful to stay in a place that provided clean linens. We would love to return to this condo in the future.

Just what the Doctor ordered.

When we checked in the condo couldn’t of been any cleaner! It felt brand new. Appliances, utensils, along with all furniture were clean, up-to-date, and quite helpful. The view of the beach is perfect. We hope to return to this unit again. The owners couldn’t of been more gracious, helpful, and available.
