This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Golden Beach 302 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

Located in the excitement of downtown, this bright and spacious condo is walking distance to many of Ocean City's most popular attractions! It also has everything you need for meals, sleep, and relaxation. Chill on the corduroy couch or head down to the boardwalk deck! The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room features a queen-size sleep sofa and a flat screen television. The sliding balcony doors allow natural light to brighten the space. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

The location was perfect for any vacation but very convenient and close to the music festival.It is the first place we have rented that left a bag at the entrance with the sheets and towels. Beds were not comfortable.. like a squeaky box .2nd bedroom had a noticeable amount of sand on the floor. Location was the selling feature of this property.We also have never spent this amount of money on a place and would think more services would come with the apartment. We had to remove the trash, strip the beds, make the beds ( with bedspreads) and pick up and return keys across town. It was just a different rental experience for us as we travel all over the country and Europe using rentals.

Construction

I should have been notified prior to staying that work would be done on balcony. We had blind, non verbal guy in wheelchair that love’s sound of waves , birds, people etc. hence reason to rent with balcony and couldn’t use it through the day while warm!!! Not happy!! Alot of money!! Should have let me know so we could go somewhere else.

Location was excellent. AC worked great. The registers could use a good cleaning. The refrigerator could use service. The front door only has one screw holdings the strike plate in. Overall we did have a great time. We would recommend this condo and would consider renting again in the future.

Amazing Kitchen and Views

This property was even nicer than I expected. Perfect location to sit and watch the waves from the balcony, walk the boardwalk, or spend the day on the beach. The only thing I would say is if you book through VRBO the process is weird. You're reservation will not show up in your trip history as it is delted from here and processed through Shoreline Properties. I was confused when I first booked, but fortunately everything worked out fine.

Amazing

This condo was in an awesome location! Perfect to see the beach and watch the boardwalk. But we also like to see the street because we usually go for car show weekends, this was the best of both worlds! It was so clean and had everything we would possibly need. It advertises that you need to take your own pillows, but there ended up being some in the closets, just in case. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I hope to be able to return!

Awesome Property

Property was conveniently located on the boardwalk so everything was so close it was walking distance and we never used our car but to arrive and depart. Beautiful and very clean property. Until next year this time. 100 star rating. Thumbs up!

We had a great time. House was stocked with everything you can think of as far as kitchen needs. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Only negatives I can think of are the mattresses weren't very comfortable and the elevator could use an upgrade! 😊 Overall very satisfied !
