    The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals without dining out, making it easy to take a break from the beach and enjoy lunch in the comfort of your condo. A spacious laundry room, stocked with two beach chairs, is conveniently located as soon as you enter the unit, ready for your seaside adventures.

    Located on 100th Street, Marigot Beach is a beautiful complex which gives you two guaranteed free parking spaces, you won’t have to worry about parking in bustling Ocean City. Whether you're enjoying a family getaway or a couples' retreat, this beachfront condo promises an unforgettable experience.

    To keep cleaning costs low, we kindly ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $75 linen drop-off service, which includes freshly laundered sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. At the end of your stay, simply return the linens in the provided bag. Thank you for your cooperation!

We had a wonderful experience! Kelly was very responsive and helpful. The view is lovely and the condo is in north ocean city near the Art League of OC and north side park. We look forward to staying there again.

Favorite Place

Have stayed at Marigot Beach for several years. Amenities are good, view of ocean is fantastic, and close to what we are interested in. Quiet and peaceful. Pool is nice, as is the outer deck. Prices are reasonable for the times of year we go.

Beautiful property!

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend trip for one of our kids sporting events. Winter is tricky since it’s too cold to hang on the beach all day but you still want to see the ocean views. This property has beautiful windows and a nice balcony allowing us see and hear the ocean still. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The indoor pool was a nice bonus and also very clean. Wonderful communication with the property manager too! We had a great trip!

Looks nicer in pictures than it is. The pool is out of service and appears to be that way for quite a while. I put pool in my search and while there is one it is not useable. This was extremely disappointing. The unit could use a deep cleaning and upgrade to both bathtubs. I specifically asked if unit had a Keurig or pot coffee maker and was told both were in unit. There was no regular coffee pot, I contacted owner and was told one would be brought to unit next day - never happened.

A beautiful condo in a building undergoing renovation

This is a wonderful condo with a gorgeous view - we would highly recommend it! What was unexpected was that our 11 days there took place in the midst of a major building renovation project. This included days of drilling, hammering and workmen going up and down on scaffolding inches from the window. Five days before we left the bedroom window was covered with plastic sheeting effectively taking away half the beautiful view. It looked like the project was very much unfinished when we left on January 8.

Great place!

We went during mid week. Location can’t be beat! Walking distance to everything. We loved eating at Ropewalk and Bull on the Beach. We also didn’t break the bs k on food, because condo is so close to beach we could pop back up for snack or lunch. Owner was super responsive and generous. Downside was that there was some mandatory plumbing and workers would come to condo for over 30 min. to run water. It was most inconvenient timing. While we were getting ready in AM or showering after beach. Condo of girls only and it made things weird. Positive note is that it’ll probably never happen again, just a fluke. We used condo beach chairs which was helpful in the fact we didn’t have to pack as much. Laundry was also a super amazing bonus. Best part is views! Kids room had bay views. Living room, kitchen and master had breathtaking views of beach.

Average Unit with Beautiful View

Location on the beach is perfect. Beautiful view from balcony; easy beach access. Unit feels updated with new flooring, fresh paint and countertops. But unit can definitely use a remodel or renovation. Shower/tub combos are old and patched up. Shower heads are old and grimy. Only 1 towel bar per bathroom. Bedroom closets are large but need more hangers. Outlets throughout the unit are old. Kitchen lights were not working. Kitchen supplies were a group of hodge podge items that I did not feel comfortable cooking with. We dined out for all meals. Laundry area is dark and dingy. Would not feel comfortable using these machines to clean my clothes or towels. WiFi network is not secure and is open to the entire building. WiFi connection wasn't the greatest and seemed to drop pretty easily. Things to know: parking spots are not in number order. You will need to search for them since a map is not provided. You will need to provide your own tissues and family board games. Building has a convenient rinse off station before entering the building from the beach. A lounging deck with corn hole is also part of the building. Unit has Roku TV. This unit with potential to be great served its purpose and is just average at this time. This was a once and done for me. Other rentals we've stayed at have had a more clean and newer feeling.

When you first walk into the condo, it feels very welcoming. However, upon closer inspection, it’s clear that the unit hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There is visible dust and garbage under every dresser and bathroom cabinet, and the bathtubs have chipped paint. While the view is nice, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Also the WiFi has a very poor signal which was disappointing. This was problematic at times because there is no cable tv in this unit.
