This tastefully decorated condo is part of the Carousel Hotel, which is famous for its ice rink and amenities mentioned above. Surprise your friends with delicious preparations thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, which was renovated in 2018! Then, you can enjoy them either at the dining table or breakfast bar. When it's time to rest, the living room is calling you with its comfortable furniture and flatscreen TV with cable. Enjoy an oceanfront location with picture-perfect beach views and a convenient balcony.

*The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking and no pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I highly recommend the condo for all of the reasons you would desire in a rental. A fantastic feature that is unique to this location is the fact it is connected to a hotel with amenities that make in convenient if you do not wish to leave the premises. Unfortunately, we had rain during our stay so we could take advantage of what the facility had to offer.

Family Getaway

Had a great trip with my family this week. The condo was as advertised with beautiful Ocean Views from the high up balcony. The Carousel also offered plenty to do with activities for the kids, ice skating, and restaurants.

Perfect location

Great place with kids with indoor pool, ice rink, arcades and being ocean front. Condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The towels supplied by the linen service were awful. I recommend bringing your own. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Stay

Winter get-a-way that delivered. Condo was nice and the views delivered. It was really nice to see the sunrise/sunset everyday from the two balconies. Came in the winter and the indoor pool was the selling point and was great for the kids. Only issue was the age of the building. It could have been just noisy neighbors above, or could have been lack of soundproofing. Sounded like furniture was being re-arranged for meals and leisure times. Didn't impact our stay but noticeable.

Clean and Convenient

Clean and convenient. You should make a point to let people know the parking is $50 in addition when you arrive and it must be paid in cash only. Condos are booked seperate from hotel. Hotel is the bottom 4 floors of property and has different management. Hotel management discriminated against us for having a service dog that they were unaware of. Instead of asking us if we were condo renters, they assumed we were staying at hotel without notifying them of our service animal and had us interogated by security during our lunch with a large group of people. Harassment at its ugliest. Security quickly realized hotel management was in the wrong, but it should in no way have happened.

Beautiful views but some maintenance needed

Overall this was a great stay. You get the beautiful private balcony view of the ocean, and the open access patio facing the bay. Sunrise and sunset. There is a Food Lion across the street for a quick trip for supplies. Housekeeping does provide a small bag with dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and shower amenities. No paper towels or tissues. I really only have 2 major complaints. #1 The air conditioning was not working and was actually blowing hot air into the unit. Once realized and given that it was October, we were fine after turning it off and just letting the fan run and opening the doors when possible. But, I reported the problem to the management company and was told that someone would call me in probably an hour and that I would need to be preset at the unit. No one ever called. A couple guys showed up, unannounced, the following day and basically did nothing. #2 The shower in the hall bath was like lasers piercing my body!! Pressure is way too high. We all had to share the master bath for showers. Beach was lovely. Nice to have the hotel amenities.

Beach Vibes

What an amazing property at 1605 carousel. Everything was perfect and as depicted online. One suggestion would be to add blinds or drapes to the sliding glass doors, as the sun gets extremely hot in the morning. Otherwise, this is a fabulous spot to enjoy Ocean City Maryland at its finest!

Kitchen not very equipped, no plasticware, odd for the beach. Fridge leaked water, cold but made for mess and could not get dishwasher to work. Reported but service never came. Next family's problem. Condo was ok, the view was the best thing.
