The view was great, the location good! The rooms were sufficient for two people I think it would be crowded with 4 people. The rooms were clean but need some TLC, like peeling paint on the cabinets, rust around the sliding glass doors and the glass front door. The carpet needs a good shampoo, the balcony floor was rough and sandy every morning, from wind I suppose. The furniture was adequate but old and showed signed of damaged, rings on the coffee table, etc. There was sand on the dining room chairs when we arrived. The hallway smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and it permeated the inside of the condo as well! Could not sleep in the bedroom because of the cigarette smell, had to sleep on the couch and there were no extra blankets to be found. The units need a luggage trolley, we asked and no one knew where one would be. Multiple trips up and down the elevator and the neighbor got upset with the number of times we were in and out of the room because of the doors shutting to "loudly and rattling her pictures on her walls". We were very careful after that with the doors. However, the latch on the glass door locked several times by itself and I got locked out on the balcony once because of a similar problem. My husband after much trouble finally got it opened. Could the cleaning people actually put the toilet paper in the bathrooms before we arrive. The unit is priced appropriately and all in all we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
