Beach Cottage 1Bed/1Bath Fully Renovated on the Boardwalk

Beach Cottage, 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom Beach Cottage, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
This cottage is a separate house at the rear of the Beach house. It does not have ocean views from the cottage. The Cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and Ocean Front deck. It has a flatscreen television, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a king bed in the bedroom. There is also a queen blow-up mattress for one person in the living room.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes/utensils. There is air conditioning throughout unit.
You are steps away from the beach. We have 3 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use to bring down to the beach.
Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the shared deck in front of the main house. Wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.
This beach cottage is custom decorated with a costal décor. There is a deck in front of the house on the boardwalk that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the deck having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
Your rental stay comes with 1 designated parking space.

Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

I had a great time and the place was niceBut this is MY opinion only but wish i knew before handAs a property manager myself i wish the property looked a little nicer......alot of weeds in the cracks of the walk wayBut # 1 for me was absolutely no water pressure. I could not get shampoo out of my hair... i couldnt stay longer than that because i could not wash my hair again1 towel for 3 days.....we shower twice a day so 1 is not enough for 3 days. The sofa was impossible to sit on....it felt like i was sitting on a wooden box and again rhis is my opinion i need a TV in the bedroom. AC need cleaning. No outside shower to get the sand off you before going into the room.i swept 3 times a dayAgain my opinion Very pretty place great location

Boardwalk Rock weekend

Adorable place right off the boardwalk at 12th street, was perfect location to walk to the inlet for concert events. Never even had to use the car! Well outfitted kitchen, Sean was super responsive for couple extra towels and making sure we were set at checkin. Fabulous weekend for two who used to live local, would stay again!!

Perfect Getaway for Small Group

Beach Cottage

We enjoyed a delightful visit to Ocean City at the Beach Cottage. It is centrally located right in the middle of the Boardwalk and close to everything happening throughout the town. Lots of dining and shopping easily walkable. And the beach is awesome! The property includes a patio deck which is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The cottage was immaculate! Everything is new, clean and in great working order. The cottage is tastefully decorated, not cluttered like granny's sitting room. The parking lot was right outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining and had plenty of cabinet space for the stuff we brought. We really appreciated the Keurig and drip coffee maker (and filters). Our hosts were wonderful!! They were immediately available any time we had a question or needed help. You really can't go wrong staying at the Beach Cottage and we look forward to our next visit.

Awesome Beach Cottage

This is my number one choice when coming to Ocean City. Lynda is very accommodating and their Property Manager is awesome! They have ocean view properties that I can’t wait to book!
