Sunset Bay III 313 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals, located in the popular midtown area. This stylish condo is filled with natural light and beautiful furnishings with a coastal flair.

The white kitchen is bright and well equipped, perfect for creating home-cooked meals. The primary bedroom features a bed and a bathroom with a large whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity.

Go for a swim in the outdoor pool, relax on the sun deck, use the fitness center or sauna, or enjoy the views from the pier on the bayside behind the building. The beach is just a short distance across the street as well. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days. THINGS TO KNOW
The shared dock is only available for non-motored watercraft such as kayaks and paddleboards.
The shared pool and spa are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice place, needs thorough cleaning

Liked the location, self check-in and out, pool and size of the place. Food crumbs were in and on the loveseat. All kitchen items and dishes needed to be cleaned before we could use them. The cookie sheets on top of the refrigerator had actual food and crumbs on them when we went to use them. The handles of the pans needed to be tightened but we didn’t have a screw driver and a knife didn’t work. The online listing stated there were 2 double sofa beds but there was only 1 queen bed and the. A rollaway twin cot. It worked out but wasn’t what we expected. Floors, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. A little confusing on what to do with bedding. One section said to strip beds but the check out instructions said to leave bedding on. The parking passes were to located on the back of the front door. There were no parking passes so we texted the property manager and they brought them. The only other issue was the internet kept going in and out and freezing up. Worked perfectly fine during the storms but spotty other times.

The unit was not clean, the shower curtain was moldy, and the air conditioner stopped working which led to us leaving our vacation earlier than planned. The manager nor the owner replied to my message about one night reimbursement or just a simple apology for the inconvenience.

Broken couch

The place was ok. We arrived and found a broken pull out couch so we had no place to sit (there were 6 of us) and also couldn’t sleep on it. Also had a broken screen to the patio. Management knew about the broken couch and did not notify us. It took them 2 days to tell me they weren’t fixing it and wanted to offer me a $25 refund! We ended up leaving a night early. After a week of calling multiple times a day they finally told me they were refunding me $175, which in my opinion was minimal but I got tired of arguing. I will not deal with Vacasa ever again!

AMAZING! As pictured, and as described! Perfect for families.

My family and I had such an amazing trip to Ocean City. This room was absolutely gorgeous. Spacious, clean, cool temperature, all the amenities. Corner room, one side faces east towards coastal hwy, and south towards downtown, wrap around balcony. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Used all appliances and they ran perfect. Hot tub jets needed a little more cleaning. The condo has a pool, next door to restaurant, block away walk to the beach, and less than a block walk to convenience store, souvenir shop, and boat/jet ski rental. We found the perfect spot!
