  • Este condominio de 1250 pies cuadrados tiene capacidad para 6 adultos cómodamente, 8 en total con 2 niños pequeños. La unidad del segundo piso se encuentra justo en el agua con vistas abiertas de la bahía, incluidas impresionantes puestas de sol a través del puente de la Ruta 90. Incluso el dormitorio principal disfruta de estas mismas vistas. 2 camas de matrimonio en una habitación, así como un cómodo rey en el maestro con su propia ducha de azulejos. La gran cocina de concepto abierto tiene una gran barra de granito para disfrutar de su cóctel de playa favorito. Disfruta de tu fiesta de cangrejo en el balcón cerrado donde puedes ver la puesta de sol en las hermosas noches de la bahía. Nuevos muebles y electrodomésticos en todo ese ambiente hogareño. Tiene un muelle asignado si decidió bajar un bote o moto de agua, a unos pasos de la entrada. Situado entre Seacrets y Macky's Bayside, siempre habrá un lugar divertido para caminar.

    Justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa también!

    * Viene con 3 sillas de playa, refrigerador, 7 tablas de surf, 3 cañas de pescar y un carrito de playa para su conveniencia. Traiga sus propias sábanas y toallas de baño. Se proporcionan 4 toallas de playa, así como edredones y mantas.

    * El dormitorio 1 tiene una cama king size con baño privado en suite y ducha con azulejos. Vista a la bahía abierta.

    * El dormitorio 2 tiene dos camas queen junto al baño del pasillo que tiene una bañera / ducha nueva de tamaño completo. Vista lateral del canal de agua.

    * El área de comedor está en el patio cerrado que tiene una mesa y asientos para 5 con ventanas ampliadas para la mejor vista abierta de la bahía en Ocean City.

    * Otras características incluyen 2 lugares de estacionamiento asignados, WiFi gratis, cocina totalmente equipada con cubiertos / platos / tazones / tazas, acceso al muelle, pisos nuevos, pintura nueva y una máquina para hacer palomitas de maíz para la noche de cine en el televisor LCD de 65 pulgadas.

The location and price were great! There was sand on the couch when we arrived and dust on the dresser. The host also requires a lot of cleaning before checking out. Expected to vacuum, wash dishes (even though the dish washer was broken), do all laundry and put it away, wipe off counters, take out trash, and empty the fridge. They also only provided two half rolls of toilet paper. Although the amenities offered were not great you can't beat the location or view.

Loved it!

This was our first time in OCMD and the condo made the vacation that much more incredible! The condo was very clean and updated, spacious and very comfortable furnishings! Perfect location, quick walk to the ocean and restaurants. The view from the windows out into the bay made for beautiful sunsets:).

Perfect Place

This condo was perfect. We loved the location, cleanliness, how comfortable it was, the views, and layout of the condo. It had everything you would need, including great beach supplies. The view of the bay is breathtaking. We could walk to the boardwalk and other places and the beach spot was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem!!

Great location! Easy to walk to beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Feels very private, even though it is so close coastal highway. Owner was quick to answer a few questions when we arrived. Clean and well decorated!! Perfect spot for a last minute weekend OC getaway!!

The property was accurately described, check-in was easy and owner was very responsive when we had an issue w the shower. He sent someone over to fix it the same morning. We had a nice stay.

Family vacation

This is our first time visiting OC MD and had a great stay at Bob’s. Overall rental listing has clear pictures and accurate descriptions of the unit. We used all 4 beach chairs, cart and towels. Really appreciate all of the amenities that came with the house. Easy and quick walk to the beach, also great view of the bay. Thanks!

Wonderful

Condo was roomy and clean. Also well decorated. We ran into a little issue which was taken care of immediately when contacted owner. Lovely view of the bay!!

Great place for families!

This is a great condo directly on the bay and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The check-in process was so easy and the inside was updated and spotless. Amazing views from the back of the property. Bob was very helpful and very easy to reach if needed. I’ve been Ocean City many times before and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. My family and I would definitely love to come back!

Short sweet stay

lovely and clean property but please do read the fine print- it is bring your own toilet paper and linens (our mistake), and don't find yourself without either when you arrive at midnight, like we did...!

Overall very clean. Pricey for no ocean view and no linen package . The queen beds are firm, which was uncomfortable for me. The bay views are stunning, short walk to the beach was nice, the beach cart was a great addition, probably due to be replaced soon. The outside of the building looks very uninviting with a large dumpster in the front that smells. Overall we enjoyed our stay, crabbing off the dock, but next time we will pick an ocean view.

Fun in the sun

The rental was a bit dusty in areas and we found a dirty diaper in the hamper but overall clean with all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Nice view of the bay. Couches were comfortable. Pictures showed a Keurig coffee maker hut there was a regular coffee maker available. So brought wrong type of coffee. Close to beach. We had a very enjoyable stay

This place is just as described and more. We walked in and it was very clean, very well organized. Our family enjoyed the space, the kids had their own bedroom with queen size beds which they love and their own bathroom right outside in the hallway. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need and probably more. Same for the bathrooms. You do have to bring your own towels and bedding but that's not an issue for us as we are used to do that. They have many pillows available. The only thing that I'd like to suggest is adding some sort of blackout curtains in the bedrooms as there is a lot of light coming in through the blinds even when closed. I was awake really early with the sun light coming in so if you try to sleep in, maybe bring an eye mask. Oh and there's a white noise machine in the master bedroom. That's fantastic! My husband enjoyed his morning coffee in the sunroom looking at the bay and boats go by. My kids and I took pics there as it is beautifully decorated. :) And you can fish right on the bay which my kids and husband enjoyed. There's a beach cart that we got to use, the "beach feet" bath for when you return from the beach was a success! No need to bring sand inside the apartment. And very easy to use washer and dryer is a plus. The location is great, easy to walk to many places and we felt safe all the time. We will definitely return!

Wonderful Stay

I read a previous review just prior to our stay which was concerning but don't let the complaints keep you away. The parking is fine, there were plenty of pillows, blankets were clean and there was tons of dishes and silverware. I am also a VRBO owner (a cabin in WV) and consider myself to have very (boarding on annoying) high standards. The beds were comfy, the view spectacular and we had everything we needed. Not only are there beach chairs and towels but also boogie boards and looks like maybe some sand toys. We had a great stay celebrating my daughter's birthday. Thanks so much!
