Boy, do we have the perfect space for you! Atlantis 1206 is a Newly Renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo in the ever-popular Atlantis building. This fabulous Condo is ready to make your Family's Vacation Dreams come true. The Atlantis is located at 103rd Street - a quiet location, yet still close to everywhere you want to be. Enjoy a day on the Beach, lounge by the Oceanfront Pool, or stroll to many of the nearby Shops and Restaurants - the world really is your oyster!

As you enter this lovely Condo, you’ll feel like you just arrived on a Tropical Island. The wonderful Open Floor Plan embodies how we Vacation and spend time with family. Beautifully furnished and equipped, you’ll know you made the right choice for your OCMD Vacation!

The Chef in your family is sure to absolutely fall in love with this homes’ Fabulous and fully renovated kitchen! Atlantis 1206 sleeps a family of up to 6 in absolute comfort with 2 Bedrooms, plus the Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. The Primary Bedroom is adorned in cool, comforting shades of blue, and has a cozy King Bed, Flat Screen TV, and breathtaking Ocean Views. The Private Primary Bath has custom tile work and a beautifully renovated Shower/Tub combo to rinse off in. The 2nd Full Bath is located just outside of the Primary and has a fun Sea Turtle décor with custom tile and a Gorgeous custom glass Walk-in Shower that is nothing short of heavenly!

Back out across the Living Area, Bedroom 2 is a Serene escape with a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and stunning views of the Ocean.

Condo was nice and great location. Was not clean. Sock found under dresser by dining room table and also on floor by washer and dryer. If using both bathrooms the breaker flips and the power goes out in both bathrooms, happened several times. Does not say in listing when you arrive you have to make your own bed have never had to do that anywhere else we have stayed. Also did not say you have to sweep, vacuum and clean counter tops when leaving, do not think this was done before we arrived.

A great experience

Our stay at Atlantis 1206 was a much needed relax and refresh! The location of the building was away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City, yet close enough to enjoy everything that the city has to offer! The condo was just as pictured/ described and was great for two couples. The only negative of this unit/property is having to pay for parking passes ($50 per vehicle) seemed unnecessary-for the price of the unit and all the additional fees I would have thought parking would have been included. *Another negative was being woken up early two mornings in a row by hammering and banging from the construction occurring in the neighboring condo.*

Seaside Dreams

The listing is right, you can have it all! Cleanliness is on point, the ocean view in every room is amazing (sunrises, dolphins, fireworks, people watching), for home chef foodies — the kitchen is fully stocked of all the tools you need (and more you didn’t even know you needed, they also did not skimp on brand name or style), there is a ton of storage everywhere, and bonus there were games for nights in, beach chairs, umbrellas and other accessories, binoculars, and the condo is just filled with great furniture and cute beachy details that make this place special. We really appreciated the linen service that they do not do in-house

Beautiful and super clean place. Kudos to the owner and management company. Super easy to get to beach and having a pool was just an added bonus. We are the type of family who are clean freaks and this place was spotless! Will def book again

Leasing company was not helpful

Condo was beautiful. The leasing company was extremely unhelpful. They flat out lied to me on multiple occasions. They promised return calls back that never happened. The listing promised free internet/Wi-Fi. This did not work from day 1. Upon booking the room the linen package was optional. When paying the balance, the package was mandatory. The person who leased the condo didn’t get to park one car for free. All cars had to pay. The company left a very bad taste and I probably will not rent anything that they lease again.

I enjoyed this vacation. Although it's a drive to the boardwalk, I love the peacefulness of the location. You are steps from the beach. Seeing and hearing the ocean from the condo made everything more peaceful. And the place is the cleanest I have ever seen. It was great!

Almost perfect!

I am extremely picky and I’ve been to Ocean City many times. This was my favorite place to stay. It was very clean and accurately described. I appreciated the updated shower fixtures and kitchen. I did not cook or use their dishes so I can’t comment on that but the fridge and washer/dryer are also modern an updated and worked very well. My only complaint is that the first 24 hours we were there, the Wi-Fi was not working they had to send maintenance to do some thing and after that it did work. I also didn’t like the schedule settings on the thermostat, but was able to work around it. The owner should know that setting it to 85° isn’t saving any energy when the person is going to come back in an hour later and set it to 70°. That’s just too hard on the HVAC system. Otherwise it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and great location away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, yet not too far of a drive when you want to enjoy that scene.

A Wonderful beach oasis !!!

We were so blown away as soon as we entered! It's an amazing space, perfectly clean and decorated in gorgeous decor throughout! I LOVED all the turtles! The amazing view on the balcony was our favorite part! Safe for littles and excellent for my husband and I to spend time there in the mornings and evenings! We loved the location because it was away from all the chaos that can come near the boardwalk and yet only a 15 min drive when we wanted to go! A lot of great things to do locally. Overall everything was wonderful and we will absolutely be returning !
