Amazing Bay Views and and a Refreshing Outdoor Pool Awaits!

This stylish 2BR 2 BA unit is one of the nicest units in the complex and features a large porch with captain chair seating and beautiful bay views. There is also a picnic table for alfresco dining by the water! You’ll love ending each day relaxing on it as the sun sets over the horizon. Inside, there are luxury vinyl floors throughout. The walls are freshly painted and newer furnishings throughout. The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the second bedroom has a full and a twin. There are TVs in both bedrooms. A queen sleeper sofa is available for guest use. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, tile backsplash along with stainless steel appliances and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home! There is a washer/dryer in the unit and of course free Wi-Fi.

The complex features a large pool and is strategically located on 79th street to enjoy all that Ocean City and Berlin have to offer. Whether you are going south to the boardwalk, North toward Delaware or attending games in Berlin or Salisbury, this location provides easy access. The kids will love being close to miniature golf, SUP's, Jet ski rentals, go carts, waterparks and movies. The adults will love being close to numerous great restaurants/bars such as Hooked, The Hobbit, Taste of Italy and Longboard to name a few.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is located on the 1st floor.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Location is great for getting to the beach and quiet for sleeping. The pool was nice and heated. There was beach supplies for use with kids. Unit had all necessary supplies. The AC rule of not setting the temperature below 72 was bothersome because the front bedroom did not cool down the same as the rest of the rooms even with the use of ceiling fans. In addition, the unit was not as clean as we hoped. There was pink and black mold in the shower and it looked due for a deep clean. The company seems to be very busy and does not return communications prior to your check in within a timely manner. Once we checked in and discovered issues they were timely in their responses and informed us the issues would be looked into and resolved. They also offered a late check out but we unfortunately could not extend our time.

The perfect place for a family

Everything in the listing was as described. Easy check in process. Everything that we needed was prepared. I appreciated the Bay View and that the property was on the first floor. The pool was very nice. A very quiet community.

Great sun set on the bay

Brand new, nicely funirshed, new appliances appartment. Fan in the master bath must be fixed as its very loud. Over than that everything else is perfect. Matresses are very comfy and clean.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

I would give this a 4.5 star. This condo was in a great location. Quick walk to the beach, stores and some restaurants. It was too far to walk to the boardwalk (which was about 50 blocks) but we knew that and preferred to be further away. Parking near the boardwalk is tricky. The back porch was my favorite part. It was so quiet and you can watch a beautiful sunset. Fully stocked kitchen for eating in some nights. Lots of games and puzzles for entertainment. David was very quick to respond to my questions leading up to check in. Check in was very easy and seamless. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars: The master bathroom (which has the toilet and shower only) were very small, you could barely close the door. The sink was outside of that so at least that was helpful. You cannot hang anything over the porch railings so it would have been helpful if there were more hooks to hang up wet bathing suits and towels to dry. On the deck or in the bathroom would have been a huge benefit. We were told there were not beach chairs and it did not say it in the listing. We packed 4 beach chairs but the unit had quite a few of them...FYI. There were beach chairs and sand toys which was great. Overall a great stay and I would not hesitate to book.

Great location for a weekend in Ocean City!

My friends and I stayed at David’s property for a weekend getaway to the beach. The property was stunning, very clean, and had all household essentials (including beach toys). The check-in process was seamless and the communication from the property was also great. Was a bit nervous to stay seeing as it is a relatively new listing, but glad we took the risk!
