As you enter this lovely home on the 1st floor, here you will find access to the Garage and the Den with Flat Screen TV and Sleeper Sofa, and Full Bath with a Walk-in Shower! As you make your way up the stairs to the main Living Area, you will fall in love with the wonderful Open Floor Plan that allows you to enjoy your Vacation and spend time with your family without ever feeling crowded. This area is home to the Large Living Area, Dining Area, Kitchen as well as a convenient Half Bath.

After a day at the Beach or an afternoon of fun on our famous Boardwalk you'll love relaxing in the Living Areas cozy furniture, and enjoying the Central AC, Free WiFi, and Large Flat Screen TV. Lovely Glass Doors lead to the Furnished Balcony - can't you just small the calming Bay Breeze? What a great place to wind down the day sipping a glass of Pinot and reminisce on the adventures of the day.

The Chef in the family will appreciate the well-stocked Kitchen with spacious Countertops, and every gadget you could possibly need. Enjoy meals in the spacious Dining Area or settle in for a Family game night. There is even a Breakfast Bar for a quick bite before hitting the Beach.

Upstairs, you will find 3 beautifully decorated Bedrooms and 2 more Full Baths! The Primary Bedroom has a luxurious King Bed, large Flat Screen TV, and stunning En-Suite Bath with a Double Vanity, decadent Soaking Tub and a Walk-in Shower. Down the hall, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full) and Flat Screen TV - a great place for the kids to relax after a day of fun in the sun! There is also another Full Bath on this floor with a Shower/Tub Combo, and for your convenience, there is a Full Size Washer/Dryer in case you need to pop in a load of laundry while calling Alexander Mini Mansion C your Home away from Home!

Alexander Mini Mansion C allows ONE well-trained dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dog must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
