    The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

    Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials and stainless steel appliances, central air-conditioning, a private balcony overlooking the water with a seating area, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.

    Things to Know
    The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
    The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
    Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Spring Break 2023

Came down to enjoy spring break with my wife and son and we had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as advertised and extremely clean and well stocked with everything you need for a week! The location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great time and would definitely come back here.

Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were upgraded. The view was spectacular. The only minor complaints was the WiFi was spotty and the couch was sunken in the middle.

Overall a good experience. Condo has a great view of the ocean. Nice appliances. Condo nicely appointed. Some issues we had were figuring out hot water in 2nd bathroom shower, couldn’t get on secured Internet because WiFi wasnt working for condo unit, plastic covers on beds were annoying and carpet in bedrooms needs a good cleaning. Used the gym facilities and they were great.

Spectacular views and lots of memories made

The Beach was awesome and the swimming pool was great too. The condo had comfortable beds, nice couches and a big dining table. The kitchen has beautiful countertops and a few extra appliances we didn't expect but definitely used. Having the washer and dryer in the unit came in handy as well. The top floor has a workout room, a smaller swimming pool where you can see both the ocean and the bay, and a game room where we played on the pool tables and some ping-pong. THANK YOU, WE HAD A GREAT TIME!

My husband and I have a terrible fear of heights. This room is VERY high BUT you cannot beat the views! The views, layout and cleanliness of the house is what will bring us back again, despite the height. The place was clean and perfect for our little family. I really can't think of any reason why I wouldn't recommend this place to others. Everything was 10/10. My favorite part was sitting in my bed watching the sunrise each morning. Can't beat it!

Top choice for views and comfort!

Wonderful space. The views are stunning, kitchen very nice and well equipped, living room is cozy and we enjoyed the balcony too. Very comfy. Master bed and bath were great. All the beds comfy too. Second bedroom could use some tlc. Dark, lighting not great. Fan worked good but maybe new light fixtures or lamps and bedding would brighten it up. All the closets pretty full but overall we really enjoyed this unit and all it had to offer.

Unit itself is very nice but the cleaners do not clean thoroughly. Belongings & trash left from previous renters along with food and crums on floor and dusty surfaces

Not good!

No trash bags, not enough toilet paper, no dishwasher soap, not enough hand soap, no mattress pads in one bedroom, cracker crumbs and pretzels on carpet, dirty stove top, no wine bottle opener. Had to buy supplies that should have been provided. Warnings about Legionnaire’s Disease in elevators.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay. I think it's really kid friendly and loved the indoor and outdoor pool to break up beach time. It's great that they have a bar and food on the landing. It's relatively close to the boardwalk and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Well really enjoy all them amenities Golden Sands had to offer both in and out of the room. Upon arrival the unit was very clean, and inviting. Everything we need from groceries, to fuel, to entertainment was close and the beach was even closer. Last but not least, you couldn’t argue with the view of the ocean.
