The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

As soon as you walk into this home you will feel like you just walked into an episode of "Fixer Upper" where you would be expecting Chip and Jo Jo to come around the corner to say hey! With its cool laid-back style and subtle sophistication this house doesn't disappoint. Recently renovated, no expenses were spared to bring Ocean City this premier property! The house is situated on a canal and features 5 master suites, 2 family room areas, a gourmet kitchen, dining area, outside deck off the main floor and a huge rooftop deck with fantastic views of Ocean City and the water. High end furnishings and accessories can be found throughout!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Violation of smoking policy or age restrictions will result in eviction without refund.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. **Please see zoning statement at top of listing.

Beautiful home with a great location

Only bad part about our stay is that is was not long enough! Beautiful home, as advertised, with a great location to restaurants and a quick walk to the beach.

owner thought of eveything you need to be comfortable

nice house and you can tell the owner knows what is needed inthe kitchen. David the host is exceptional.We had problems but our trip was not spoilted. i do have a suggection, and that is that they upgrade there lock system, by adding a door handle with the lock codes on it. We also had a mice problem, but hopefully that will be handled before next people come in. All in all, i would book there again.

We loved our stay and hope to return. All 5 bedrooms are very roomy with their own private full bath. Plenty of space for relaxing and eating. The kitchen has everything you will need.

Anniversary Dinner

We enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, we loved it. Our family gets together every November to celebrate our anniversaries and cook a wonderful dinner. The kitchen was perfect for that, great appliances and was very well set up. The utensils and glassware were excellent. The only thing that we would suggest would be that we were fortunate enough to have great weather and we would have opened windows in the bedrooms but there are no screens. That said this is a wonderful house and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Really Great Vacation!!

The house was perfect in both amenities and location. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Very organized check in and check out. The ocean was a bit rough for the little ones, but we took a trip to Assateague Island and it was the perfect place for swimming and relaxing. The weather was great and we all enjoyed this family time together.

Wonderful holiday home

We enjoyed this home so much! It was so similar to the pictures. It was enough space for us to spread out and be together. The kitchen is where we spent most of our time and it didn’t disappoint. Only thing is the heating as it would be comfortable on the second floor but cool on the first, thus we did have to have first floor ppl wrap up. Bring an extra comforter and you will be fine - it was also one of the coldest days of the year. Will rent again! No problems at all!

Family meet-up

We loved having 5 bedrooms that were all master suites with their own bathroom! Kitchen was big and well-equipped. We had a couple maintenance issues that were handled quickly by the management company. Would rent again if we return to the area.

Family Get-away

Beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. The boardwalk was only a 10 minute ride and the beach was a block away. We really enjoyed the back deck - we grilled a couple nights and played cards and had our morning coffee out back. There were a couple things we needed help with when we first got there, but Rhonda was quick to help us….I would recommend this property for large family gatherings.

Wonderful property

Really well done property. 5 masters with 5-1/2 baths. Very clean. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Traffic light and crosswalk at the end of the street. Great neighborhood for a morning walk. We eat in every night and the kitchen is great however the oven is challenging. There was no food storage containers. We left some we bought but bring those if you eat in or take lunch to the beach. Rooftop sitting area was fun. Sit up there and watch the Sunday night fireworks.

Awesome House

We loved the house! It was so comfortable and fit all 14 of us! The only negative, was it was really not clean when we arrived, to the point, I had to clean the bathrooms before we used them. Bathtubs still had soap scum and hair in them, along with the floors! The only other negative was the front door locks! Very confusing to use. Loved the self check in and out. Loved that it was a short walk to the beach! Thank you for this lovely home! Would rent it again.

Awesome Property and Centrally Located

Location was perfect, close to everything. The pictures of the property are as depicted. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pits and pans. Enjoyed the deck with the Canal view. Neighbors were friendly. Centrally located and close to everything. Look forward to using the property again.

Beautiful home!! Great location! Easy access to everything but far enough away from the chaos. Spacious, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Needed self tutorial for the enormous stove. Good problem to have. Would rent again!!!

Will be back!

We went away for the first family vacation since covid started and this property was perfect. Enough room for 8 adults and 4 kids under 5. The kids could even handle the walk to the beach from this distance and so many places were walkable. Near a clean, quiet and family friendly part of the beach with lots of space (a large concern since we were traveling with small children who cannot be vaccinated during a covid spike). Great restaurants only a short drive. Property manager was thorough and communicative. The weekend was a dream and we will be renting this house again in the future!

Great weekend

This is the second that my friends and I have stayed here for our Christmas Sista friends weekend! We've loved having a room with a bathroom to ourselves! The king beds are awesome. The house is right off the highway but in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to come back next year!!
