Step into modern coastal living at 8240 Wilmington Ln, a newly built four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome just steps from the beach in Ocean City, Maryland. With a bright, open layout and multiple balconies, this multi-level retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location for your next getaway.



The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and thoughtfully chosen furnishings, creating an inviting space to unwind after a day on the sand. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a water-and-ice refrigerator, and a peninsula with three bar stools. Gather around the large dining table, which comfortably seats seven, for shared meals or game nights. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer is included.



This home comfortably sleeps up to eleven guests across four spacious bedrooms: BR 1 has a king bed, BR 2 has a full bed and a twin bed, BR 3 includes two full beds, and BR 4 has a queen bed. Three full bathrooms ensure everyone has space to refresh and relax.



Enjoy the outdoors from multiple private balconies or take advantage of the home’s prime location. You’ll be just steps from the beach and within walking distance of local favorites like The Hobbit (0.2 miles), Ropewalk (0.3 miles), and Fractured Prune Donuts (0.1 miles). ACME grocery store is only a mile away, and the Ocean City Boardwalk is about a 20-minute drive (6 miles).



From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we include a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay. Every bed is freshly made before you arrive.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, modern and had new appliances. Plenty of space for a group of four for a weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was clean and the furnishings were pretty and very comfortable. I give this experience 4.5 stars as I have a few suggestions that could make it perfect!Adding wall decor would help with the accoustics. Our conversations seemed to "bounce off the walls" and made it very loud!Also, some floor mats to wipe our feet on especially at the bottoms of the stairs when we entered the house would catch some of the sand and water when we came back from the beach. We put a beach towel down as a pseudo mat!And adding a night stand to the room with the 2 queen beds would be helpful. My son's family stayed in that room. His wife uses a CPAP machine and had to bring a stool from the kitchen island to use as a table for it.Adding blinds or curtains on the big sliding doors in the living room would also help with privacy. The shade on the king room sliding doors would be perfect there, too!TVs in the bedrooms!I know this seems like a lot of suggestions, but our time there really was great. As I said, the place is really stunning and comfortable. We truly had a wonderful time!Thank you so much!
