    There’s nothing like waking up to the sound of the waves crashing in the distance and the refreshing ocean breeze. This fourth-floor, north-end condo offers nothing but the best, including also access to shared amenities such as a large, Olympic outdoor pool and tennis court. There is central air conditioning throughout so you and your loved ones enjoy a refreshing and cool stay. The condo also boasts a private balcony, free WiFi, an on-site washer/dryer combo, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and an inviting living room with cable TV.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Camelot Condo Review

We enjoyed our week staying at the Camelot. The pool is a great size and was never very crowded. Beach access was fantastic. We had some issues with kitchen appliances and the lock on the door which was very inconvenient, but with help from property management was resolved. There was a lot of clutter that was in the closets and garage storage which didn't allow for much space for our own things, but overall we really enjoyed our stay at the condo.

Great location, not overly crowded. Loved how the the two rooms in the condo connected to the bathroom and that the hallway bathroom connected to the third bedroom. It was so convenient with my husband and I and our three kids to stay with the grandparents! Wasn’t sure about the dunes but it’s a beautiful view with the ability to enjoy some wildlife in the early mornings and later in the day! One negative was the cleaning upon arrival but, we had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Awesome location

This condo has a great view and right on the beach. Awesome pool! Unfortunately the condo itself is very dated, the carpet is dirty, but the price is low and I assume it’s exactly for this reason. I also didn’t like the beach access. I have knees issue and to go to the beach you have to go up the stairs first an then down. Most condos have decks where you just need to go down a few steps. So that was a big issue for us, considering that you have to take a lot of things with you to the beach… going up and down the stairs all the time was a disappointment! And there is no restroom in the lobby, you have to go to your condo if you are at the beach or the pool. The pool is in between the buildings, so it’s windy! Also there is no shade in the pool. No tables with umbrellas. So, if you are out on the pool you get no shade whatsoever, and if you just want to sit there and enjoy but don’t want to fry it not for you! If I had that information before we would not choose this condominium.

The view is spectacular! The new furniture is beautiful! Thank you😀 We weren’t aware of the linen package - that was a plus!! Air conditioner was promptly attended to.
