The Space:
This family-friendly unit sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a king bed in the main bedroom with a private bath, two twin beds in the guest room, and a bunk nook with youth bunks, storage, a door, and a window—perfect for children. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for added flexibility.

The open layout offers a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and bay—ideal for enjoying sunny mornings or colorful summer sunsets.

This condo is just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and local attractions. It is a cozy and convenient base for a spring or summer family getaway.

Pets: The resort is pet-friendly with a grassy pet area. Dogs, cats, and caged birds are allowed. The fee is $150 for up to two pets, and $100 for each additional pet. Pet fees are collected at check-in.

Guests must be 25 or older to book.

Refundable Security Hold of $200 collected at check-in.

Cancellations incur a $50 fee for deposit refunds (excludes Airbnb bookings).
