Positives:The layout of the property provided all the necessities for our needs. There was sufficient space for all 6 of us to hang out without feeling too crowded. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen worked sufficiently well, although the finishes were the cheapest options possible. The deck and table outside was one of the highlights, as well as, the large living rooms and sofas. The area was nice and quiet with plenty of street parking for family to visit. A scenic walk to the bay was only 5 minutes from the house and the park and grocery store were about 15 minutes away. The pool on Oyster Lane was also a short 5-8 minute walk away, which was very convenient for our teens who spent much of their time here.Negatives:Unfortunately, the one bedroom that was pictured with a twin over full bunk bed was actually just a queen bed. This was problematic because we had 2 teenage girls that were expecting their own beds. Our realtor/management agent for the property provided a queen sized blow up mattress, which worked for our girls. However, it would not fit into the smaller bedroom, so we had to give up the master suite, so that it would fit. Also, the grill was entirely out of propane, so we did not have an opportunity to use it. We had a 2.5 year old boy, so the walk to the park and beach was quite long to take him without feeling the need to drive to both.Overall I would say it was a 4/5 experience with most things working just fine for our needs.

Perfect for us

This was such a nice fit for us. It is nicely decorated with tons of amenities. Good location with plenty of room for everyone. The double living rooms and large dining table were an added bonus. We had three teenagers with us so having options for them within walking distance was great!

Great beach house

House was very clean and well kept! Grace property manager was on top of every thing from check in and our stay! Place is great for two families and roomy. The community is friendly and has two pools and lots of amenities. Only thing that they could improve is to have one more outside trash can.

Had a great time Great for get to get hers. Had several nights when whole family got together and watched ball game. (Orioles) and played games. Rummicubr, 5 Crowns, Michigan rummy etc. lots of bonding and fun. Thanks Grace for a great week

D Crew Beach Week

Our family enjoyed staying in this large and very comfortable home in quiet and peaceful Montego Bay with easy access to OC and Delaware beaches, dining, shopping, and activities. Great neighborhood where you can walk, bike, hang out at the pool, or watch weekly summer fireworks.

Pay attention to minutiae details

The house it self is beautiful but, it needs to be kept up! The rust around the out side of the shower. Bath mats in the shower and on the bathroom floor need to be replace. They took up the bathmats in the second bathroom but didn't replace them.. Some of the kitchen appliances need to be replace, we didn't use any of them. They had TV's in every room which was great but only two worked and the one in the master bedroom wasn't set up it lean against the mirror on the dresser.

Did not speak to the owners. The shower wasn't cleaned that Goodland the ceiling had a large stain going the length of the house. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

Great place to get away

If your looking for a place to get away from the crowded noise of OC go here. Very nice quiet community. Pools were very nice. The property was clean and exactly as it was shown on the listing. This place exceeded my expectations. It is a little bit of a drive to the boardwalk but it was worth it to be able now to get away from the craziness of OC. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great overall experience! Great Value for Our Stay

Very nice home. The place was neat and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. We also really liked that it had two living room spaces each with couch and flat screen TV, each room also had a flat screen and each with cable and apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc, very nice touch. Internet WiFi was really good the entire time. We were able to catch a pretty nice view of the fireworks going off by the lake standing from the deck. Neighborhood is very chill. No issues with anything in the house. It was about a 3 minute drive to the beach or about 15 minute walk. Good location, close to the shops and restaurants. Overall great experience.

Great location

Home was in a mobile home community, but the nicest cleanest community with 2 pools a pond with walking trail and fishing pier. Perfect size home with 2 living room spaces for plenty of space to enjoy family time and quiet time. Home was fully equipped to cook a home meal but also right off the main road to get any fast food at anytime. We will definitely be back.
