2 BR 2 BA Unit With Bay Views - Close to the Convention Center and Seacrets!

This 2 BR 2 BA end unit feels much larger than the other units in the building and its location insulates you from hallway noise.
It features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances for those nights you want to eat in. You'll enjoy TVs in every room, wireless internet and a washer & dryer. You will love ending your day gazing out over the bay. Best of all, this building has some incredible amenities. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiard tables. It really doesn't get much better!

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (6 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

My husband and I loved the place. It was very clean. The check in process was very smooth and easy. However, I was concerned if our codes would work at the time given as I would've thought I would receive a text letting us know when room was ready. It was all good but just nervous it may not have worked. We would definitely stay there again!

Short Getaway for Sports Tourney

We stayed here when our son had a tournament at the convention center. It could not have been more convenient in terms of location. It is close to everything including the beach. The building and unit itself could use some updates but we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo

Nice view of the bay. Just enough room for the 4 of us who went to Ocean city for bike week. Location is great. Right next to the convention center. Very clean and comfortable.

Beach getaway

Everything was as mentioned very nice and spacious.. the sunset views were amazing.. I would definitely recommend this condo to all my friends and family.. If I had to make any suggestions I would only say maybe different pots and skillets ones without teflon only because it peels off.. Would recommend a fan for the second room. But all in all I hope to stay here again in the future we really did enjoy it.. Very clean and spacious. Quick responses to any questions had.. Linda

Suggestion

It was a very nice place, good location with no parking issues. A few suggestions are the second bedroom needs a ceiling fan it was very humid at night especially with the restrictions of keeping thermostat at 72. The master bedroom could have had some room darkening curtains, it was very bright early in the am. Overall I would stay again !

Uncomfortable

Dirty rugs and furniture, stopped up sinks, not enough comfortable seating, no dining table. Too small for 4 adult people. Ridiculous walk to empty trash water treatment plant noises if you want windows open. No wine glasses. Not very well equipped!

Amazing Place

Just simply amazing! This condo was so clean, in tip top condition and in a great location. The view from the balcony is amazing at sunset. Will definitely be booking again!

Perfect for our 4-day trip

With each room having a King Size bed, it was perfect for my mother and my two adult daughters (me and mom in one bed, my 2 daughters in the other) None of us really wanted to climb into a bunk bed. Sheet and towel service awesome. Little kitchen perfect for easy meals and snacks. Appreciated the property was ready early and received a text we could check in. I would recommend.

Ocean City Vacation

We had a great time. Beautiful view of the bay side. Property management provided clear instructions and had sufficient linens/towels and kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again without hesitation.
