2 BR 2 BA King Master Suites, Located Close to Convention Center & Seacrets

This condo checks all the boxes. Each suite features a king size bed and its only private bathroom and a flat screen TV. It's perfect for couples who want to get away for a little R & R together. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and is ready for all your culinary creations. You'll enjoy being able to stretch out in the large living room area that has seating for 6 along with the full-size dining room table. The balcony offers beautiful canal views and gorgeous sunsets can be seen from the back of the building. A refreshing pool is a fantastic treat on those days where it may be just too hot to go to the beach!

Situated on 47th street, this unit is located next door to world famous Seacrets and other great restaurants such as Dry 85, 45th Street Taphouse and of course ice cream at Dumser's. With its central location, you will be just a short drive or bus ride to the Convention Center, boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more! Linens and towels are included with your rental. Owner supplies 4 beach chairs an umbrella and cooler and all kinds of extra for your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Linens & towels are included year-round.
* This condo is on the 5th floor. Wight Bay is an elevator building.
* One parking spots is provided; parking is uncovered.
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 48th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* There is a shared laundromat on the bottom level of the building.
* There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

I would recommend this property to everyone. It was very clean and spacious. There was 3 of us who stayed there and we loved sitting out on balcony any chance we could .We loved the view of the bay and sunsets were gorgeous. It was close to restaurants and other attractions.

We had a lovely stay at the property. Check-in was a breeze. The location was convenient, right next to Seacrets and close to the beach. The property had everything we needed for our stay, the kitchen was particularly well stocked. We loved sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. The balcony umbrellas were a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

Excellent property! Perfect location - close to everything!

Couldn’t ask for a better stay! We needed for nothing for our short stay. The property was very well appointed, super clean, and close to everything! So many extras like beach chairs, a luggage cart, sunscreen, beach towels, plenty of pillows and blankets, etc. I truly mean it when I say they took extra care in making sure their guests have all the comforts you would have if it were your own beach home. Also to have two bedrooms each with their own bathroom is a great layout for two couples! We couldn’t have been happier and hope to stay again!! Thank you for hosting us!!

My family and I loved the condo. It had everything we needed( beach gear, kitchen was fully equipped, clean towels etc.). The location was fantastic, it was far enough from the noise of the boardwalk( less than a mile) but close enough to grab an Uber or walk. The view from my balcony was absolutely stunning.

Short 2 night stay

The condo was as pictured in the listing. It was clean and well stocked for a beach vaca- although my stay was to attend my daughter's college graduation. The location was perfect. The reason for the 3 stars overall, is due to the fact that the elevator was broken, and I needed to assist my elderly mother up and down 5 flights of steps with 2 sets of luggage. Also, for a condo that sleeps 4 -5 people, at least 2 parking passes would be more appropriate- especially during the off season.

Truly the best stay I've had in Ocean City

The location of this property was so convenient, and the host made the check in so simple. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. I truly have nothing negative to say. I would recommend for anyone to stay here!
