This house was recently remodeled and is stylish and clean throughout. It features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. The garage has ping pong and darts, so you can hang out and have some fun. Publix is just a few minutes down the road for any grocery needs.

The space

Primary bedroom 🛏️ contains a bathroom with a shower. It has a King size memory foam mattress, 50” Roku TV, DOHM sound machine and room darkening curtains. A desk and chair are provided in case you need a place to get some work done.

Bedroom 2 🛏️ contains a king size memory foam mattress, 50” Roku smart TV and room darkening curtains.

Bedroom 3 🛏️contains a king size memory foam mattress, a 40” Roku television, sound machine, and room darkening curtains.

Bedroom 4 🛏️contains two twin size bunk beds with memory foam mattresses and room darkening curtains.

The kitchen 🍴has most essentials-reach out if you are wondering about a particular item!

🧺 Laundry 🧺 We have a Speed Queen washer, and laundry soap is provided. Samsung dryer.

Garage has 🏓 ping-pong and a 🎯 dart board as well as a bar height table and bar stools.

Guest access
There is one locked supply closet in the garage, other than that you have access to the whole house!

Self Check-In with a Smart Lock, no need to deal with losing keys or not having enough keys for your entire group! We set the code to the last four digits of the phone number you used to book. We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the front door for the safety of our guests and the property. It is motion activated audio/video recording and is only checked if a problem is reported.

Other things to note
Garbage days 🚮 are Tuesday & Friday. Please bag all garbage before putting it in the outside bins.

We have a pest control service that visits once a month to spray the exterior of the home.

Lawn Care comes every week in the summer and as needed in the winter. Due to weather the day of the week can vary but they are usually gone in about half of an hour!

We do NOT provide cable, but you are welcome to sign in to one of your own accounts (Hulu, Disney+,Netflix, etc.) and there are plenty of watch free options available as well! We love the PBS kids app for our kids!
